yes and on 9/11 the military was conducting a "drill" practise to ready for an attack on tall buildings by airplanes.

even though condy rice professed to believe that no one could ever have anticipated same, on that day they were flying such a drill...imagine.

interesting little corollary to two events that many think were not carried out by "muslim terrorists" at all
