Basically, yes Pire. BUT the American people`s largesse and empathetic hearts open and donate until the fund is met. I meant in a national emergency situation such as a terrorist act or catastrophe. Yes, unfortunately, in individual circumstances, it may not apply. Still, bankruptcy can be avoided. They try to collect and then write it off.IP: Logged |
