Congressional hearings on Benghazi will be held Wednesday featuring whistleblowers who witnessed the White House’s mishandling of the terror attack and the ensuing cover-up.

CBS blasts the administration in this report: “Three more officials to testify over Benghazi attacks.” Key passage:

“Two of the four Americans killed that night died hours after the first attack began.

Some have complained the Obama Administration has not explained why there were no military resources available to turbulent North Africa on the Sept. 11 attacks, even at the large Souda Bay U.S. Naval base less than an hour’s flight from Libya. The State Department’s independent Accountability Review Board said government officials did everything they could, considering the challenges. [...]

Another witness for Wednesday’s hearing, Mark Thompson, is a counterterrorism expert. He’s likely to address another sore spot surrounding the night of the attacks: the fact that the Obama Administration did not convene its top interagency counterterrorism resource, the Counterterrorism Security Group (CSG).”

This is the crucial point that needs to be reiterated until there are actual answers. Why, exactly, did the Obama administration refuse to send military assistance to Benghazi during the attack?

CBS released information on the Benghazi 9-11 massacre today that could potentially bring down the Obama Administration.

Buried in their report (down in paragraph eight) CBS reported, “Throughout the night, sources say Americans on the ground in Libya at times felt helpless and abandoned… But they were told immediate help wasn’t available.” But, counterterrorism sources and internal emails reviewed by CBS News express frustration that key responders were ready to deploy, but were not called upon to help.

Throughout the night, sources say Americans on the ground in Libya at times felt helpless and abandoned.

“We relied on Washington for dispassionate assessment,” one eyewitness told CBS News. “Instead, they [Washington officials] were asking us what help we needed. We answered: ‘Send reinforcements!’ ”

But they were told immediate help wasn’t available.

Embassy personnel say they repeatedly asked the Defense Attache on site in Tripoli for military assistance.

“Isn’t there anything available?” one Embassy official says he asked. “But the answer was ‘no.’”

“What about Aviano?” the official pressed, referencing the NATO air base with US assets in northeastern Italy. “No,” was the answer.

Two of the four Americans killed that night died hours after the first attack began…

…Counterterrorism sources and internal emails reviewed by CBS News express frustration that key responders were ready to deploy, but were not called upon to help in the attack. National Security Council Spokesman Tommy Vietor told CBS News the CSG was not needed.

seriously, you create antagonism that do not exist. politically, and in relationships. that in itself is not what annoys me, I think what really gets me is this attitude allows you to think you are fine.

The president alone can call a Stand Down and there were at least 2 calls for it, as confirmed by Hicks. Obama will be impeached, God willing. he should do time for what he did. Impeachment is a day at the park for the likes of him. Maybe when this glorious day happens, Jwhop will come back and I won't have to deal with the likes of you all my myself.

I thought about it earlier. that is true. I am responsible for lacking self control. that is a muscle that one can train, and I am not very strong there.
