Columnist Charles Krauthammer slammed the White House’s climate change proposals on Fox News’ Special Report, saying it would kill American coal and would have zero effect on the climate anyway.

Nothing we do or don't do has an effect on the climate. We give ourselves way too much credit. Most of the rise in CO2 is natural and has nothing to do with human activity. And Obama wants to push the Cap and Trade agenda without going through Congress, destroy the coal industry (or force them to pay to play), and make us dependent on the far more expensive and far less efficient wind and solar to fill the pockets of his campaign supporters (after already throwing away hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on Solara and other now-defunct companies), and he is trying to do it all in one fell swoop. He is truly a tyrant if ever there were one.
