There have been attacks on the homeless, lately. In one thread in SW peas, people were talking about the homeless not being able to be fed by a charity.I saw a proposed law that the homeless would be forced to go into FEMA camps. I am seeing more and more of this kind of thing. Then the most horrible president in history comes out and says that the FEMA camps are going to be for the homeless. I think this is a way to get us used to the FEMA camps, so that we are not that freaked out by them. The FEMA camps have thousands of guilitoines( sp) there and thousands of coffins, too. It seems like a good thing to put the homeless there, Now, think about the people who are being persecuted--Home schoolers, people who disagree with gay marriage for religious reasons, gun owners, even organic farmers, as I just saw one arrested for getting his own rainwater. He will serve 30 days in jail. Put two and two together, Friends. Dissidents of any sort will end up there. I gave the answer for the low info voter who won't be able to come to it, on his own

This is fairly common, AG, in several states including California. As is being charged with "streaking energy" if you connect a Tesla coil big enough to serve any number of homes that could be called "public", though apparently it is ignored when on a "personal use" scale.Ge own electricity outright, according to them! Now the head if Nestle seems to bemaking a case for privatized water. I'll see if I can find a link. IP: Logged |

Well, I just googled it, and there's a single high-profile case, and it's not that he's collecting rainwater. It's that he's creating reservoirs without permits. The first thing to understand is that water law varies from state to state, and there are two main approaches. In states that use the riparian doctrine (primarily eastern states) if water runs adjacent to or through your property you have a right to use it, taking into account the needs of other property owners who also border that water source. Here in Oregon, like most western states, we follow a different type of water law designed for areas with water scarcity, called prior appropriation. Under Oregon law, all water belongs to the public, and you must apply for a permit—or water right—in order to use or store that public resource. If someone else already has a right to water from the source you’d like to use, that senior right takes priority over your junior right, and you will only get the water you applied for when there is more than enough to fill the senior user’s allocation. http://www.oeconline.org/community/blog/the-infamous-case-of-oregons-rain-man
I think there's a lot of misconception in the reporting of this. IP: Logged |

There have been cases reported of people being sued and fined for collecting rainwater. Not high profile but not good news either. I have to admit I am not familiar with the particulars!IP: Logged |

As to FEMA camps, the city of Columbus (SC) has made it illegal to be homeless there. They are allegedly opening up a camp to deport homeless folk to. ALLEGEDLY. Anyone familiar with homeless shelters will know that many homeless people will do anything to stay out of them. They don't want to be subjected to curfews, rules and regulations including counselling, and to be honest, the one I know was roach-infested and right under the freeway. To some any port in a storm, to others a gross trespass on individual freedoms. IP: Logged |

"streaking energy" is smartphone for "stealing energy" lol.I haven't heard anything from the Obama administration about disappearing the homeless to Fema camps, nor have I heard any complaints from Sandy victims about being mistreated or seeing guillotines. http://www.snopes.com/politics/conspiracy/guillotines.asp IP: Logged |
