Rush is talking about how America is exception in ALL THE WORLD. Liberals hate that.
It is exceptional because we are free( or were before Obama)

Rush was talking about American exceptionalism and how both Putin and Obama do not see America that way.America is FREE( or was). People can pursue their dreams and go as far as their dreams will take them. Now, this is really not true because Obama is crippling all business with Obamacare and all sorts of things but the point was American exceptionalism. ------------------
