Nothing is real with NObama. He is like a woman with too much plastic surgery but worse because she takes the knife to herself and NObama takes the knife to the United States and all of us.

Once NObama gets health care, there will be no more privacy. Doctors are already being mandated to ask about guns and your sex life.

NOBama will take control of people's lives through the mechanism of healthcare.

That will cripple business. It will destroy the medical system. The doctors will be inferior because people won't spend all that time and money in med school to be ruled by NOBama's policies.

I am naturally oriented but sometimes you need a medical person and you will get utter @#@#.

My cousin is going to dental school next year. Good people will stop doing that too.

No one is going to spend years in rigorous training and not be able to get a monetary reward, as they SHOULD.

This is capitalism, the only system that works. NOBama doesn't understand about this because he never had to earn money as most people do.

If he even achieved his OWN grades in college, why can't we see his college transcripts?

Just a few days ago, there was ample reason to believe a government shutdown was unlikely. --

The House passed its far-right version, which the Senate fixed and sent back. All the House had to do was pass the Senate version, keep the government's lights on, and we could all move on to the next Republican imposed crisis. At least temporarily, it was going to be relatively easy.

House Republicans, [apparently acting at Sen. Ted Cruz's (R-Texas) behest] have demanded a temporary spending bill that would

• delay implementation of the Affordable Care Act for a year;
• repeal the health care law's medical device tax, which means Republicans hope to add over $100 billion to the deficit over the next decade
• provide funds to U.S. troops in the event Republicans shut down the federal government.

Extortion

I believe that these anti-intellectuals think they are going to win both houses in 2014 and ultimately abolish the ACA.

The ones spearheading this extortion are the ones with a long list of demands and who are using the specter of a shutdown to repeal a law that was passed through the legislative process, cleared by the Supreme Court, and affirmed via the elections last November.

Fix what needs fixing. Americans know what is going on, and do not support the radical right.

And,it is extremely important to educate people on who is funding and manipulating the Tea Party puppets. That would be the Koch brothers and ALEC.

It is BIG business that is in trouble if they do not provide options for employees. Which they can well afford.
