PhoenixRising Knowflake Posts: 48 From: Registered: May 2011 posted October 04, 2013 02:26 PM             He may have believed like many Americans that oil will last about 40 years and hence his intention to stabilize that region. American philosophy since WW2 has been to make Russia weaker by ensuring there is steady supply of oil. Guess what he miscalculated and it hurt the American economy by -trillion of dollars. And I always thought that the republicans were better in budgeting. Boy, I am wrong. IP: Logged
