Anyone remember the "Reset Button" Hillary trotted out to "mend the relationship" with Russia. The language used on the button was Russian. The button was supposed to say.."RESET" But, the Russian word on the button was "OVERCHARGE". And, Hillary is billed by leftists to be the smartest woman ever to trod the earth.
