But maybe, just maybe, some of Congress has had enough "primary" threats and manipulation to get something done this coming year. Won't that be interesting?! Finding themselves caught between demanding purse strings and the voters' obvious antipathy, is it possible they will do the right thing for awhile? Does this signify that votes actually do still count?
