How is this poll embarrassing, exactly? The "political elites" aren't cowering in embarrassment because a joke poll was conducted and a bunch of Star Wars nerds voted that Luke Skywalker should be president.

I'm being sardonic (and Yoda once described a sitch as "how embarrassing" which seemed appropriate given that the popularity of politicians were compared to Star Wars characters). I know political polls get listed here a lot so I thought I'd share and hope that a little humor regarding politicians and polls both would help relieve stress.

Ah okay, I gotcha. I've only seen one Star Wars movie (the one with the incredibly annoying Jar Jar Binks) and it was terrible so I wasn't inspired to see any of the others in the franchise. I wasn't aware that "how embarrassing" was a Yoda quote, makes more sense now

Don't see Java the Hut what gives...grossly fat, disgusting beyond belief, totally self serving...kind like the right wing of the last and worst ranking category.
