If "the science is settled" concerning climate change, as we are constantly told by global warming crusaders, then why do many of the key scientists in the field continue to fudge the numbers? The latest fudge of the official numbers took place in Australia, as reported on Sept. 19 by Sterling Burnett of the Dallas Woods and Water Conservation Club and former senior fellow at the National Center of Policy Analysis.

Burnett reports that the Australian Board of Meteorology (ABM) was forced to admit that it routinely alters the temperatures recorded at all of its official weather stations in Australia. The reason the organization gave for its tampering with the numbers is that anomalies arising from outside the realm of climate beset the official data.

But as The Australian and The Weekend Australian reported in a scathing series of news articles that exposed the scam, it so happened that when the Board of Meteorology massaged the numbers to account for the anomalies, it just so happened that nearly all of the official temperatures turned out much higher than they would have been otherwise. This led to the following announcement on ABC News on Jan. 3, 2014 by David Jones of the ABM:

We know every place across Australia is getting hotter, and very similarly almost every place on this planet. So, you know, we know it is getting hotter and we know it will continue to get hotter. It’s a reality, and something we will be living with for the rest of the century.

However, not everyone in the scientific community was on board with this assessment. Climate scientist Jennifer Marohasy wrote on her blog that the manipulation of the temperature figures seemingly was done "on a whim." Marohasy stated that this "amounts to corruption of the scientific process on a grand scale, with significant economic implications."

Marohasy was not the only scientist who expressed deep concern about the manipulation of data. One of these is retired meteorologist William Kininmonth, former director of the National Climate Center, who stated,

There is no justifiable basis to modify actual observations without evidence of changed instrumentation or environmental factors; where there is evidence of such changes the adjustments can only be considered speculative, especially if the adjustments are made on the basis of statistical links to independent observations from tens of kilometres away.

And this brings us back to the original question. If there is no doubt that climate change is caused by humans, and if the science is settled, then why have so many been caught fudging the numbers? The ABM is only the latest example. The "climategate" scandal of 2009 involving the United Nations blew the lid off of the dirty little secret of the climate change evangelists. Everything came to a head in Copenhagen that year. But in spite of it all, those involved in the collection of data continue to demolish their reputations by propagating climate lies.

So how does an organization like the United Nations handle such fraud? How does the U.S. government handle it? The U.N. merely doubles down on the lies, pushing a climate treaty based on its false data. And Barack Obama speaks to the General Assembly of the U.N. today to continue to spout his support for the scam. Add in supporters such as Charles Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Robert F.Kennedy, Jr., John Kerry, Al Gore, and other crusaders, and what you wind up with is a falsely created "crisis" with snake oil remedies that will cost the taxpayers trillions of dollars.

Im not fond of the examiner but found this encouraging in the thought process

Glad to see people catching on to the fact Man Made Global Warming is a political, economic and religious issue and not a scientific issue.

Science disputes the Chicken Littles who say we're going to destroy earth.

In fact, humans contribute only .28% of earth's greenhouse gasses. That's 28/100ths of 1%.

The day will come when the so called climate scientists who have been feeding for years at the public money trough will have to go out and find real jobs. Problem is, they've already destroyed their scientific credentials.

Climate Change More Politics Than Science

The issue of man-made climate change has become more of a political matter than a scientific one, former Pennsylvania Rep. Robert Walker tells Newsmax.

Meteorologist and co-founder of the Weather Channel John Coleman recently wrote in a letter to UCLA Hammer Forum officials saying that "there is no significant man-made global warming, there has been none in the past and there is no reason to fear any in the future."

"The problem is that climate change has become more of a political and economic debate than it is a science debate," Walker told J.D. Hayworth and Miranda Khan on "America's Forum" on Newsmax TV Thursday.

"If you look at the real science, you have a hard time making the case that Al Gore and others have made about climate change," Walker explained.

"Climate is a very, very complex issue and the problem is that what they have done is cherry pick science in order to make a political point and an economic point and have tried to internationalize this whole subject matter," he said.

"I have to agree that as the real science has rolled out, it has raised questions about the whole modeling that was done by the climate scientists," he added.

In his letter to the Hammer Forum, Coleman named several other scientists "and 9,000 other Ph.D. scientists" who agree with his assertion that "there is no climate crisis." But he says that the two speakers "continue to present the failed science as though it is the final and complete story on global warming/climate change."

Walker told Newsmax that "humans are a part of the ecosystem of the Earth, so obviously there's going to be a contribution."

However, "what these guys have done is they have said that humans are the be all, end all of what's happening in climate.

"They have no models that can really sustain that because climate is far more complex than a one-dimensional look at it," he explained.

"The oceans were going to rise and the temperatures were going to continue to increase," the former Pennsylvania congressman contends.

"This is not what is happening and part of the reason for that is the greenhouse gases that they talk about include water vapor. But they don't include that" in their calculations, he explained.

"Ninety-five percent of greenhouse gases are water vapor. Less than five percent, including carbon dioxide, are the other greenhouse gases," he said.

"Of carbon dioxide, humans only contribute a small percentage of that or it's a fairly large percentage of the carbon dioxide, but a very small percentage," he contends.

"In fact, overall, it's .28 percent, just about three-tenths of one percent, is human contribution . . . including water vapor, to overall greenhouse gases."

Yeah, our little Marxist Messiah O'Bomber just cut a deal with Communist China to reduce US emissions by 2025 while leaving Communist China free to keep increasing their emissions of CO2 until 2035.

O'Bomber is a real tough negotiator now isn't he?????

Apparently, this is just a "gentleman's agreement...though neither the Marxist Messiah or his Communist counterpart are gentlemen. Chances of getting this "deal" through the US Senate are zero, zilch...until pigs fly!
