Lenin is a dead foreigner. Nugent is an American who pals around with your gal Sal. And very much alive despite delusions of grandeur vis a vis how threatened anyone is by his rants. He was supposed to have been Offed by now according to his overblown ego and paranoia.

But the thread is about Congress' s apparent belief that treaties are made to be ignored...not about Commies and bogeymen under your bed.

Despite all the fuss over "illegal aliens" some people seem to forget that those who were trampled under our "illegal" feet are still here.

I didn`t see his name mentioned in your first link and have yet to look at the second. I don`t recognise the site but will look.

I didn`t like Cat Scratch Fever anymore than I do his loud mouth political rhethoric .I stand for gun rights too but he approachs it in an aggressive way as to turn off this voter.
I don`t like belligerent politics.

Here's a funny thing about what's gotten Ted Nugent in trouble this time. He really didn't say what people think he said.

"These sick, sick, stoned, hygiene-challenged Michael Moore fans, they call in and complain that I'm a racist, they claim I'm a pedophile, that I dodged the draft. They call all the promoters, they call all the venues, they call all my sponsors, every day."

And then Ted responded with the now quite well quoted "Unclean Vermin" comment, but the odd thing is that he wasn't talking about Native Americans when he said that, he was talking about the people who'd pushed the Tribe into canceling the show, which would be the SPLC, and of course Michael Moore, his fans, and other "smelly Liberals".

However the subject is not Ted Nugent but BROKEN TREATIES with people the govt tends to forget are also Americans with rights.

The Sioux consider trampling on those treaties as an act of war.The fact that Nugent considers someone else who doesn't like him "subhuman" does not change the fact that he said it. If I could edit the title I would, I was in a hurry!
