Apparently the Supreme Court no longer cares about the constitution either. Blatant. While the old saying is that Ignorance is no excuse in law, this says it is. ..if the ignorance is on the cops side.

Interestingly in New York where the cops staged a go - slow crime went down, not only the petty stuff the cops decided to ignore, but real crime too.

So in one city we have Proof that over policing actually aggravates crime, in another People being arrested for NOT even breaking the law.

What gives?

Not bothered that the police need no reason to stop and search you for nothing? That police are excused for not knowing the law? How has any of the climate issue directly affected your life?
