At Standing Rock, North Dakota, many Native tribes are gathered to take a stand for fresh water. I think this is a good sign for global unity. How thinks ye?

Wow Lotta interest here for something not about presidential circuses. I am glad the tribes managed to get this in the news..even though months of peaceful protest were ignored and it took attack dogs, mace and injuries to make it interesting to the majors...
This isn't just about the Tribal issues of broken treaties and disrespect, or even about their water rights..polluted water is a snowballing problem for us all which of course tends to start in low income areas and gets ignored as much as possible..so kudos to the Sioux for standing up.
Now we have to figure out what we are going to do about the obvious downside of our recent ways of delivering energy and lifestyles before there IS no clean water. I believe technology is available but it will take money to implement and so far no one seems to want to pay!
