Now Randall, you know there's no voter fraud in American elections. Leftists here have explained it over and over.

What appears to be voter fraud are simply mistakes and confusion.

The dead don't know they're not supposed to vote.

Illegal aliens are mistaken in their belief everyone in America can vote.

Those living in Northern climes think it's OK to send in an absentee ballot from their 2nd home in Florida and then vote in person in one of our Meccas of leftism in the North East.

Felons think they can vote absentee from prison.

And then, there's that old democrat standby:
vote early and vote often.

Democrats resist every effort to clean the voter rolls of the dead...and those who moved out of the state. Wouldn't want to confuse their largest voter blocks.

Report: FBI Investigating Voter Fraud in Va. Using Dead People's Names
Todd Beamon
Friday, 30 Sep 2016

The FBI and Virginia authorities Friday were investigating alleged voter fraud in the state after officials found nearly 20 voter applications turned in using the names of dead people.

Investigators have found as many as 20 potentially fraudulent registrations, Harrisonburg Registrar Debbie Logan told The Richmond Times-Dispatch.

The Rockingham County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office confirmed that it was investigating but declined to provide specifics of the case.

The applications were submitted to a group known as HarrisonburgVOTES, according to the report.

Earlier this month, a James Madison University student working for the organization admitted to turning in applications from deceased individuals, though he said he was acting on his own, the Times-Dispatch reports.

A new registration featuring the name of the late father of a well-known local judge was caught by a registrar employee, Logan told the newspaper.

"When they used a distinguished resident of Harrisonburg's name and address, it came to the attention of an employee who has worked in the city for many years," she said.

The applications with a deceased person's real name and address but with a fake Social Security number was used to avoid being caught by the voter system, according to Logan.

The question is:
How many other fraudulent registrations to vote didn't they catch...all across the country because those turning in fraudulent registrations weren't big enough idiots to use the name of a prominent local citizen.

I don`t doubt there is fraud on both sides.

It took me a minute but now I realize the "fraud" thought is being set in motion to cover Trumps eventual loss.
By him and his supporters
Then, all will have another go around of excuses for why the bonehead lost and by such large numbers.

You mean the large numbers like the thousands who attended the Trump rally yesterday and waited outside all day in the pouring rain to get in? Or do you mean the large numbers like the 170 poor souls who showed up in a largely empty high school gym to attend Hillary's rally?

Well, obviously the 170 who showed up to an empty auditorium to hear Hillary The Corrupt bloviate are more committed than the thousands who stood out in the rain for hours to get in and hear Trump speak.

They cheer him, so it's hardly a circus. And they will turn out in droves to vote for him. That's very deplorable of them.

Calling voters deplorables was unnecessary and plain mean.

I`m glad to see Trump voters taking it on the cuff and mocking in a fun way.

I don't think you realize the depths of the corruption associated with Hillary The Corrupt.

Not only did Hillary trash 10s of millions of Americans by calling them Deplorables and Irredeemable she trashed almost all of Bernie's supporters by calling them ignorant basement dwellers in their parents basements who only want free stuff from government.

I guess it's never occurred to Hillary The Corrupt that she's spent her entire adult life wallowing in the public feeding trough and selling her government office for money for herself, her family and their corrupt foundation.

I`m not certain she worded it that way but that was her intent. And, I dare say, that is one of the big reasons she is struggling with the millennials.

Everyone knows there's no voter fraud in American elections.

Bombshell: Over 1,000 Illegal Voters in Eight Virginia Localities
New report finds evidence of widespread voter fraud in the crucial swing state
Jim Stinson
02 Oct 2016

More than 1,000 aliens, or residents who are not U.S. citizens, have been free to vote illegally in Virginia.

The bombshell disclosure was made in a report released by the Virginia Voters Alliance based on findings from the Public Interest Legal Foundation.

“The problem is most certainly exponentially worse because we have no data regarding aliens on the registration rolls for the other 125 Virginia localities.”

The 1,046 Virginia voters may just be the tip of the iceberg, as it’s only the number found in eight Virginia localities, the report reads. The report found that the most illegal votes were cast in 2012, followed by 2008, the year President Obama was elected to his first term. In both years, Obama won Virginia.

It’s a felony for non-citizens to vote in Virginia. But in Virginia, no proof of citizenship is required when voters register.

In some cases, aliens and permanent residents will register to vote and either admit on the form they are not citizens, or they will mislead, according to Christian Adams, general counsel for the foundation.Local officials can check each voter later by matching data from the Virginia driver’s license bureaus, where the aliens in question are usually likely not to mislead authorities on their status.

It's how some of the non-citizens were caught. The report lists all of the 1,046 non-citizens by name.

The disclosure is a major problem for Virginia and the nation. One thousand votes or so is enough to swing a close election in the state. In 2013, the Democratic candidate for attorney general won by fewer than 1,000 votes.

It's also not inconceivable that a presidential race could come down to 1,000 votes or less, as happened in Florida in 2000. Like Florida, Virginia is considered a swing state.

The Virginia Voters Alliance looked into the issue first with Alexandria, Virginia. The alliance noticed that the Northern Virginia city had more people registered to vote than eligible voters who lived there.

The alliance found 70 non-citizens had registered. The non-citizens had been purged from the voter rolls — but in some cases, had voted in the interim.

Adams said the watchdog group moved the investigation wider and soon met resistance. Adams said Gov. Terry McAuliffe, a Democrat and an old friend of Hillary Clinton, told a key staffer to advise officials in other Virginia localities to ignore Adams' requests for information.

The problem of non-citizens is likely worse than what the alliance found in eight Virginia localities.

"The problem is most certainly exponentially worse because we have no data regarding aliens on the registration rolls for the other 125 Virginia localities," the report reads. "Even in this small sample, when the voting history of this small sample of alien registrants is examined, nearly 200 verified ballots were cast before they were removed from the rolls. Each one of them is likely a felony."

The foundation has promised to expose more information statewide about non-citizens voting.

Illegal Voters Uncovered in Philly Are ‘Tip of the Iceberg’

Law firm uncovers illegal immigrants, convicted felons on rolls — and some have voted in crucial swing state

Brendan Kirby
04 Oct 2016

At least 86 non-citizens have been registered voters in Philadelphia since 2013, and almost half — 40 — even voted in at least one recent election, according to a legal group that sued to get voter registration records.

Joseph Vanderhulst, an attorney with the Public Interest Legal Foundation, noted Philadelphia knows about those 86 illegal voters only because officials received specific requests — in almost every case from the voters themselves — to remove the names from the rolls. He said there is no way to know how many non-citizens might be registered to vote in Philadelphia, let alone in the rest of politically crucial Pennsylvania.

“This is just the tip of the iceberg. Who knows how many are on and don’t ask to be taken off.”

“This is just the tip of the iceberg,” he said. “Who knows how many are on and don’t ask to be taken off.”

Research by the law firm also indicated that Philadelphia makes no effort to proactively remove non-citizens or incarcerated felons, who also are ineligible to vote under Pennsylvania law. Philadelphia becomes the latest jurisdiction that the Public Interest Legal Foundation has revealed to have irregularities in the voter rolls. The group recently found 1,046 non-citizens who had been registered to vote in eight Virginia counties and that nearly 200 cast ballots between 2005 and 2015.

Asked how ineligible voters could be registered in Philadelphia, a city elections official, who did not identify himself, said, “I have no idea what they’re talking about. No, there aren’t,” before abruptly hanging up the phone.

Vanderhulst said the legal foundation encountered indifference and outright hostility when lawyers began seeking information. The group made a request under the Help America Vote Act in January. After the city ignored the request, the firm sued. The information that the city ultimately provided shows that:
•The city canceled 23 registered voters in 2015. Of that group, seven voted in past elections, and three had been registered for more than a decade.
•The city canceled 30 registered voters in 2014. Of that group, 18 had voted in past elections, and eight had been registered for at least a decade.
•The city canceled 33 registered voters in 2013. Of that group, 15 had voted in past elections, and six had been registered for at least a decade.

According to the report, 59 of the ineligible voters were Democrats, six were Republicans, and 21 were members of minor parties or unaffiliated.

Requests by the ineligible voters to be removed from the rolls included those who indicated that they had mistakenly marked boxes indicating that they were eligible voters when applying for driver's licenses. In some instances, voters marked "no" on the forms but got voter registration cards anyway. In another case, a voter indicated that he had been on the rolls for the previous five years despite repeated efforts to be removed.

Vanderhulst said city officials indicated they err on the side of registering voters.

"If the checked [citizenship] boxes are blank, they still register them," he said. "That's how these people are getting on the rolls … It's just too easy. Maybe it's supposed to be easy — but the price of that seems to be no discretion on the front end."

Vanderhulst said he suspects other Pennsylvania counties operate in a similar manner, and therefore have irregularities in their voter registration rolls. He pointed to the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, designed to make motor-vehicle offices one-stop shops for driver's licenses and voter registration cards. But since non-citizens can get driver's licenses, that has led to confusion, he said.

"My gut [feeling] on it is the culprit here is motor-voter [policies]," he said.

In addition to non-citizens, the report also details that Philadelphia officials make no effort to remove voters who have been imprisoned for felonies or even move those names to the inactive-voter list.

"City of Philadelphia election officials behave as if Pennsylvania law prohibiting certain felons from voting doesn't even exist," the report states. "This is rank lawlessness."

Vanderhulst said the law allows voters incarcerated on misdemeanor charges to request absentee ballots to be sent to corrections facilities or halfway houses, but felons cannot. He said elections officials in Philadelphia have no way of knowing whether a request is legitimate or not.

With 49,914 prisoners in Pennsylvania in 2015, he said, there are many possibilities for illegal voting.

Progressive activists and many academics continue to argue that voter fraud is a myth propagated by conservatives whose true goal is to suppress legitimate votes. But Vanderhulst said the reaction of Philadelphia officials fits with a larger pattern: Elections authorities often fail to examine the integrity of the voter rolls before elections or audit the ballots cast after them.

And in the rare instances in which people are found to have illegally voted, prosecutions are rare. Vanderhulst said he is not aware of a single instance in which Philadelphia elections officials referred a case for prosecution.

The evidence now should be clear that illegal voting is not something that is so rare as to almost never occur, Vanderhulst said.

"It's basically just denial," he said.

It's always the same excuse when democrat organizations get caught committing voter fraud. "We're just trying to make it easier for people to vote."

Right, easier for illegal aliens, the dead and felons to vote illegally AND easier to vote multiple times under different names. Oh, and changing registered republicans information on their voter registrations which get them removed from voter rolls.

State Police raid Indy office in growing voter fraud case

Indiana State Police investigators on Tuesday searched a voter registration agency on Indianapolis' north side as they look into a voter fraud case that spans nine counties.

The investigation began in late August when police learned of the filing of fraudulent voter registration forms in Marion and Hendricks counties.

The investigation has expanded from Marion and Hendricks counties to include Allen, Delaware, Hamilton, Hancock, Johnson, Lake and Madison counties, according to a statement from State Police.

Police said the growing number of involved counties leads investigators to believe that the number of fraudulent records might be in the hundreds.

The possible fraudulent information is a combination of fake names, addresses and dates of birth with real information.

As part of the expanded investigation, State Police detectives served a search warrant for the business offices of the Indiana Voter Registration Project in the 2400 block of North Meridian Street.

The search warrant was served Tuesday morning, police said. The results of the search are not being released, and the affidavit and search warrant will remain sealed for 30 days.

"An investigation of this nature is complex, time consuming and is expected to continue for several more weeks or months," said a State Police statement. "Victims of the activities by some agents of the Indiana Voter Registration Project may not discover they have been disenfranchised from voting until they go to vote and realize their voting information has been altered. Such action may result in the citizen having to cast a provisional ballot."

Officials said a representative sample of voter registration applications received by county voter registration offices and suspected of being fraudulent have been copied and provided to investigators. The original applications are maintained by the appropriate voter registration office.

Craig Varoga, president of Patriot Majority, said because the IVRP has been specifically referenced in a statement from Secretary of State Connie Lawson, the investigation could impede the processing of the 45,000 voter registration cards that have been completed through the organization across the state.

The IVRP uses quality-control procedures in an effort to catch issues with voter registrations. Varoga said any of the applications that have been earmarked as fraud were already earmarked by the IVRP as incomplete or incorrect.

For example, if someone transposes digits in a phone number or forgets to fill out their ZIP code, the canvasser cannot complete that information for them, Varoga said. That card would then be flagged before being turned over to the local clerk's office.

"If they transpose a number and that’s inaccurate, that’s a mistake," he said. "That’s not fraud."

Varoga said he does not know the status of those 45,000 applications but said the seizure of cellphones and laptops during Tuesday's search warrant impedes the organization from further registering people to vote before the Oct. 11 deadline.

Varoga said State Police have been coordinating with the secretary of state's office, which he said became clear because of the timing of Lawson's statement and the onset of the State Police investigation. He said the investigation is a partisan effort "designed to make it harder to vote in this election."

He also said investigators seized personal cellphones during the search and denied staff the opportunity to contact an attorney, then told them that if an attorney were contacted, a state trooper had to be present. When an attorney did arrive, Varoga said, he was denied access to the office.

Tuesday's search and details of the investigation have been reported to the Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, he said.

"It's an abuse of state resources, and it is a waste of taxpayers' money," he said. "It is outrageous what they are doing."

Valerie Warycha, director of communications for the secretary of state's office, said the office was briefed about the investigation by State Police when it began but has not since been updated.

The only reason the secretary of state's office issued a statement was because it wanted voters to be aware of the possibility of altered registrations, Warycha said.

“We came out because we wanted Hoosiers to know that there were altered and falsified registrations out there, and we wanted Hoosiers to know how to protect themselves," she said.

The involvement of a State Police trooper who is interested in running for sheriff in Johnson County as a Republican causes concern, Varoga said.

State Police Capt. David Bursten said the trooper in question was involved in the initial stages of the investigation but was not involved in Tuesday's search warrant.

That trooper has only formed an exploratory committee, Bursten said, and he still has until January to declare his candidacy. In that case, he would be removed from parts of the investigation that would involve Johnson County.

"There is nothing criminal or illegal or immoral about him being part of the investigation," he said.

Bursten said the complexity of the investigation likely means that the work will continue until well after the November elections.

“We wouldn’t still be investigating if we weren’t still finding issues that are indicative of fraudulent acts," he said.

Bursten also denied that there was any coordination between State Police and the secretary of state's office and refuted the claims that the IVRP lawyer was not allowed to be present as the search was conducted. Cameras and phones were seized because the search warrant included electronic devices, he said.

“This is not the secretary of state’s investigation. This is Indiana State Police’s investigation," he said.

In light of the investigation, police are urging voters to visit indianavoters.in.gov to confirm that they are properly registered.

If voters discover inaccurate information that indicates they could be a victim, they should contact their local voter registration office and the 24-hour Indiana State Police Voter Registration Application Fraud tip line at (888) 603-3147.

Yes juni, the sun's shining, the bees are buzzing, the grass is growing...fast and the birds are singing.

Voter Fraud Is Real. Here’s The Proof

Data suggests millions of voter registrations are fraudulent or invalid. That’s enough to tip an election, easily.

John Gibbs
By John Gibbs
October 13, 2016

This week, liberals have been repeating their frequent claim that voter fraud doesn’t exist. A recent Salon article argues that “voter fraud just isn’t a problem in Pennsylvania,” despite evidence to the contrary. Another article argues that voter fraud is entirely in the imagination of those who use voter ID laws to deny minorities the right to vote.

Yet as the election approaches, more and more cases of voter fraud are beginning to surface. In Colorado, multiple instances were found of dead people attempting to vote. Stunningly, “a woman named Sara Sosa who died in 2009 cast ballots in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.” In Virginia, it was found that nearly 20 voter applications were turned in under the names of dead people.

In Texas, authorities are investigating criminals who are using the technique of “vote harvesting” to illegally procure votes for their candidates. “Harvesting” is the practice of illegally obtaining the signatures of valid voters in order to vote in their name without their consent for the candidate(s) the criminal supports.

These are just some instances of voter fraud we know about. It would be silly to assume cases that have been discovered are the only cases of fraud. Indeed according to a Pew Research report from February 2012, one in eight voter registrations are “significantly inaccurate or no longer valid.” Since there are 146 million Americans registered to vote, this translates to a stunning 18 million invalid voter registrations on the books. Further, “More than 1.8 million deceased individuals are listed as voters, and approximately 2.75 million people have registrations in more than one state.” Numbers of this scale obviously provide ripe opportunity for fraud.

Don’t Let Data Contradict My Narrative

Yet in spite of all this, a report by the Brennan Center at New York Univeristy claims voter fraud is a myth. It argues that North Carolina, which passed comprehensive measures to prevent voter fraud, “failed to identify even a single individual who has ever been charged with committing in-person voter fraud in North Carolina.” However, this faulty reasoning does not point to the lack of in-person voter fraud, but rather to lack of enforcement mechanisms to identify and prosecute in-person voter fraud.

The science of criminal justice tells us that many crimes go unreported, and the more “victimless” the crime, the more this happens. The fact is, a person attempting to commit voter fraud is very unlikely to be caught, which increases the incentive to commit the crime.

The National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) is a sophisticated, comprehensive effort to catalog “the number and types of crimes not reported to law enforcement authorities.” However, it tends to deal mostly in violent crimes. As complex as the NCVS is, gathering accurate data for unreported victimless crimes such as voter fraud is even harder, since 1) outside of the criminal, no one may know a crime has taken place, and 2) there is no direct victim to report the crime in the first place. Yet we are expected to believe that, unlike violent crime, voter fraud is limited only to the cases that are actually reported and prosecuted? This is a senseless position.

Further, the Brennan Center report argues that because prosecutor Kris Kobach’s review of 84 million votes cast in 22 states found only 14 instances of fraud referred for prosecution (which amounts to a 0.00000017 percent fraud rate), voter fraud is so statistically small that it’s a non-issue. Let’s follow this logic. Does the fact that 109 people were cited for jaywalking in Seattle in 2009 mean that only 109 people jaywalked in Seattle that year? Does the fact that 103,733 people were cited for driving without a seatbelt in Tennessee in 2015 mean that only that many people were driving without seatbelt in Tennessee in 2015?

Absolutely not. This can be proven easily because in 2014, the previous year, only 29,470 people were cited. The disparity is largely due to increased enforcement efforts in 2015. In other words, increasing enforcement of the crime revealed a much larger number of people committing the crime.

The exact same is true for voter fraud. We have no reason to believe that the low number of prosecutions means only that exact amount of voter fraud is happening. Rather, it could mean a lack of enforcement is failing to reveal the bulk of the violations that are occurring. Thus, as with many types of crimes, especially victimless crimes, the real number of cases is likely significantly higher than the number reported.

How to Effectively Target Voter Fraud

So now that we know voter fraud is a serious issue, what are some solutions to this problem? States like Michigan have Poll Challenger programs, where observers from both parties may be present at voter check-in tables at precincts. They check each voter’s ID against a database of registered voters for that precinct to ensure the person attempting to vote is actually legally qualified to vote in that precinct. If there’s a discrepancy, the poll challenger may officially challenge the ballot. Other states should implement similar programs.

States should sponsor initiatives to remove dead voters and correct the registrations of people registered in multiple states (make them choose just one state). Since many local jurisdictions are reluctant to clean their voter rolls, federal or state oversight with teeth may be necessary.

Further, voter ID laws, such as the one implemented by North Carolina, but (wrongly) struck down by three liberal judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit— one appointed by Bill Clinton and the other two appointed by President Obama—are needed to ensure there’s no cheating with votes. States should continue to press the issue regardless of recent setbacks by liberal activist judges.

Finally, some have claimed that strong voter ID laws are racist, because they disproportionately impact minorities and would prevent minorities from voting. As a black person, I’m naturally interested in this claim. Thankfully, it turns out to be false. The Heritage Foundation has shown that black voter turnout actually increased after North Carolina passed its voter ID law.

Not only was the claimed negative outcome false, but the reasoning was faulty as well. The fact that the law disproportionately impacts minorities does not mean that it is discriminatory. It means, unfortunately, that fewer minorities are in compliance with common-sense safeguards to protect the integrity of our elections (i.e., having a driver’s license or photo ID).

To mitigate this concern, states can offer a service that will take people without valid ID to their local government office to apply for proper ID, free of charge. Users could schedule the pickup with their smartphone or a phone call. That way there will be as few barriers as possible to those who want to vote and are capable of obtaining a valid ID, but cannot due to transportation concerns (a reason often given by those who claim voter ID laws hurt minorities).

So let us not believe false claims that voter fraud doesn’t exist. It’s real, and we must work to stop it, while making sure those who are eligible to vote but without proper ID are accommodated fairly.

Hillary The Corrupt is counting on the "Dead Vote" the "Illegal Alien Vote", the "Felon Vote" and the "Vote Early and Often Vote" to drag her across the finish line.

Elections Expert: “We Now Have 4 Million Ineligible and Dead Voters on American Voter Rolls” (VIDEO)

Jim Hoft
Oct 18th, 2016

Elections expert J. Christian Adams told FOX and Friends on Tuesday morning there are 4 million dead people on US voter rolls.

Adams, who was the Voting Section Attorney at the US Department of Justice, filed six suits in the past year against Philadelphia and Broward County, Florida where the voter rolls are corrupted.

Adams said he had one case in Texas where the person died in 1944.

Far left groups continually sue to keep the voter rolls the way they are. The Obama administration has no desire to clean up these voter rolls.

“J. Christian Adams: Dead people are voting and it’s something this administration does not want to do anything about. They must like it. They must like who they are voting for… Now we have four million, four million Steve, ineligible and dead voters on American voter rolls according to the Pew Charitable Trust.
