If I recall correctly, this question was addressed at a Judicial Watch panel. If she wins the election, she can be impeached for offenses committed while Secretary of State, regardless of whether or not she is currently holding any office. But, word is that Congress won't do this because of the upcoming election. They don't want to jeopardize their control of the House and Senate. IP: Logged |

Have yer party because this is just smoke and mirrors giving you false hope... Those emails will be moot when combed through. Trump can crow but still a few days yet for more of his dirt to be brought to light. ------------------

You don't know what will be found in them. Why do you refuse to acknowledge Hillary's corruption? If she is corrupt, there's every reason to believe there will be a trail of it within those emails, or else the FBI would not have reopened the case.IP: Logged |

I find all percentage data fuzzy including the polls. Realclearpolitics has an interesting article on the early voting data. quote:

Thats the grind for me, I see so much bias and jumping on false news that it appears skewed all over the place.

Randall, I just saw it. All my Indian contacts in US are grudgingly admitting that Trump will win. @Juni: Irrespective of who wins, do not rule out the Pluto Return Factor in the Chart of USA. This 2016 Presidency lays the Foundation for how Americans will experience their Pluto Return. No matter who wins, the winner should reach out with 100% Empathy to the supporters of the loser. It does not matter three days from voting who is funding whom and who said what and who did what and when.
The American Voters have all the info laid out and will choose.
Whoever wins, has to take 100% of America along. If Trump wins, his haters better support the Office of the President of the USA, and likewise for Hillary.
To disregard the Office of President or to disregard the voting public just because your preferred candidate loses, that will only make matters worse in such a polarized environment.
I think there are sufficient checks and balances in the US Constitution and the System to prevent either candidate from recklessness. IP: Logged |

I saw one of the emails, earlier on. She apparently likes skim milk in her tea, watches The Good Wife, and Parks & Recreation, reads the Human Rights Watch Report, and is very gracious to her assistant. Scorching stuff. I know that my mind is blown.

Trump needs to get 3 out of the following 4, and he will be POTUS: PA, OH, NC, and FL. Or 2 surprise states. Maybe also NH and that one in ME. If he gets 169, then the representatives will decide. But all of the red states have come back. It's always an uphill battle for Republicans. With the media also. But the Republicans pull it off. And it's been 8 years. It's time. FL is a dead heat, but Trump will take it. OH is all Trump. PA is a pipe dream. So, even though there are a couple of ways without NC, that's probably the one that ensures victory. Keep your eye on NC. Personally, I think a couple of blues will flip.
