A 58-year-old African-American man was arrested for allegedly spray-painting a “racist” message followed with President-Elect Donald Trump’s name the day after the New York business mogul’s stunning victory.
William Tucker of southern New Jersey was arrested by Philadelphia police for vandalizing multiple vehicles and homes on Nov. 9, where he wrote messages like “Trump Rules” and “Black B*tch” on an African-American woman’s car, Philly.com reported.

Tucker also allegedly spray-painted Trump’s name next to a Nazi swastika on a storefront window.

That morning, residents in the area awoke to the racist and pro-Trump Nazi messages, which mainstream media outlets published as evidence of a racial hate crime by Trump supporters.

The New York Daily News, with no evidence, blamed Nazis living in the country for the graffiti, writing:

Donald Trump’s unexpected rise to the presidency coincided with the 78th anniversary of Kristallnacht — and Nazis in Philadelphia appeared to revel in the fact as police there discovered the President-elect’s name spray-painted alongside swastikas on a storefront window Wednesday morning.

The Daily Beast took the same route with the graffiti, alluding to an historic neo-Nazi motive:

Swastikas, racist graffiti, and allusions to Nazi Germany appeared on storefronts and other locations in Philadelphia overnight, following Donald Trump’s victory. An SUV was painted with “Trump Rules” and “Black ***** .” Another shop had “Sieg Heil 2016” painted on its window with a swastika. Others had “Trump,” where the “T” was replaced with a swastika. Many of the incidents were reported to police overnight for cleanup and investigation, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. Wednesday is also the 78th anniversary of Kristallnacht, “The Night of Broken Glass,” when Nazi Germany encouraged pogroms against Jewish sites across Berlin in 1938.

Tucker is being charged with four counts of criminal mischief and will appear in court on December 8 for a preliminary hearing.

She was an 18 year old college student...
Cursed at her, called her a terrorist, told her to 'go home' to her country.
She was born and raised in the New York City area.
No one on the subway car did anything to stop them from intimidating her.

If there were Trump-supporters, they did nothing.
If there were Dems, or Berns, they did nothing.

America??? What's happening!!????

Trump supporters should come out with a public statement of 'how wrong' this all is! They need to stand up FOR 'No Abuse' for ANYONE.

I'd love to see that happen, in earnest, publically.

There were statements before that the muslim community needs to know and control their muslims?

Gently, perhaps, the Trump Supporters NEED to (in the name of humanity) stand up FOR NOT abusing fellow American citizens??

Hate Hoax: Villanova Student Withdraws Trump Voters Attack Claim

A Villanova University student has asked police to drop their investigation into an incident in which she alleged she was attacked by white male President-Elect Donald Trump supporters.
An African-American female student at the university alleged in a hate crime-related story that after Trump’s victory against Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, a group of white men knocked her to the ground as they yelled “Trump,” Philly.com reported.

Last month, the student asked the local police department to shut down the investigation into the incident, yet police did not reveal the reason for her request.

Villanova University campus police say the student is now asking them to drop the investigation into the alleged incident as well.

“It was hard to move forward, being that the student did not want to pursue the matter,” a Villanova campus police spokesman told the local paper.

The spokesman would not say why exactly the student would not cooperate with campus police and why she did not want to pursue the investigation.

Similar stories brought to police by college students have ended with the student being charged for hoaxing hate crime complaints.
