And the US president is being ridiculed by the Congress, he is "forced " to sign sanctions against Russia that he disapproves ? The Russian prime minister Medvedev (putin ´ s shadow) has said that Trump showed how powerless he is.

Not good to gain respect abroad.

Oups !

Before any nationalist here use derogatory terms against me for being a foreigner, I would like to emphasize that it is because US politicians and populations do not all blindly follow Trump that this situation is currently happening.

Don't blame me pointing it out (besides, I find sad the overall impact on US credibilty because of the lack of leadership of Donald Trump)

Congress is not bound to rubber stamp the Presidents every whim. He was not FORCED to sign the bill. Of course they could have overridden him if he'd tried to veto it..

The different branches were installed to keep each other in check regardless of party. Congress are supposed to represent their constituents and the Prez is supposed to Execute the Legislation. If they follow his direction thats one thing but they are not his gophers.

The Republicans were elected to do what they said they would. We need to vote some of them out and replace them with new blood.

Perhaps DT can spend a half of one of his billions to buy them all out. A million s piece should bring in some votes for him.

Nah, we'll take care of that job for President Trump in the next primary election.
