Kudlow: Best Economy We’ve Had in 10 Years Trent Baker 29 Oct 2017 The economy is now at its best in a decade, according to economist and CNBC regular Larry Kudlow.“The business side of the economy, the supply side, is doing very well,” Kudlow said Sunday on New York AM 970 radio’s “The Cats Roundtable.” “It’s the best showing we’ve seen — I don’t know, probably in over 10 years,” he added. “It’s as though businesses are sniffing out tax cuts, and they’re starting to pull the trigger on some investments. And that, of course, will lead to higher wages. I like that a lot because that’s been the worst area of the economy, business investments, and I think the stock market loves it.” http://www.breitbart.com/video/2017/10/29/kudlow-best-economy-weve-had-in-10-years/ IP: Logged |

Booming Economy: New York Fed GDP Reading Hits 3.9 Percent John Carney 2 Dec 2017 The New York Federal Reserve’s tool for forecasting gross domestic product (GDP) hit its highest point ever on Friday, pointing to a fourth-quarter GDP growth of 3.93 percent. The number is so high that the New York Fed’s “Nowcasting Report” had to be rescaled to allow for such a high reading. Prior to the most recent quarter, the Nowcast has never before predicted GDP above 3.2 percent and rarely ever above 3 percent... http://www.breitbart.com/economics/2017/12/02/booming-economy-new-york-fed-gdp-reading-3-9-percent/
