The Paris Climate deal that Obama attempted to enroll America in was always a fraud which would have done little to nothing to mitigate rising temperatures...which, by the way aren't happening anyway.The plan was always to rein in America's economy. Yeah, the National Climate Assessment report was written by the far left lunatic fringe hired by Barack Hussien Obama. This report may have been started (like a lot of his "accomplishments " in fact) before he got there but he is the buck holder. Completed and published on his watch. He had eleven months to redirecy it.. if indeed the Prez has any say in how the report is compiled.. as you blame Obama for doing..It is part of Tromps job to appoint/ hire the people making these reports But Tromp is the only member of govt who "matters" so he probly didn't bother.
