Thank you, President Trump, for drawing a red line in Syria and enforcing it.

We punked Russia out. They threatened (i.e., bluffed) us with their "superior anti-missile defense" and then did nothing but watch the rockets' red glare light up the sky like the 4th of July.

I kind of liked the nothingburger strikes on empty Syrian yards because they made MAGA nitwits like "Pizzagate" Posobiec, Cernovich, Savage, Coulter, Ingraham and Alex Jones almost weep. 50% MAGA maniacs now think Trump has been turned into a neocon Globalist by warmonger Bolton.

Oh so you guys aren't a fan of Russia but also aren't a fan of the investigation into Russian interference in our electoral process?

Seems like a double standard to me. I'm sure you'll have a nonsensical(Randall) or abusive ad hominmen (Jwhop) argument to explain this away.

Go for it!

"I kind of liked the nothingburger strikes on empty Syrian yards"

My grandfather had terminology for someone who would mistake destroyed concrete structures for "empty yards".

"Wouldn't know his a$$ from a hole in the ground".

Oh please, do try to get it right...at least some of the time.

Mueller is supposed to be investigating "collusion" between Russia and the Trump campaign. He's been at it for a long time. He's found nothing...zip, nada, zilch!

Riddle me this Trumpkins... if truly huge storage units of Chemical Weapons were blown up in the targeted strikes, should not thousands upon thousands of people be dead in the vicinity of several miles per attack?
Or did Trump invent a molecule buster that changes the structure of poison when a Tomahawk Missile falls on it?
Seriously, you guys will believe the Moon is made out of cheese if trump said so.

On that note JWH, I have a beautiful bridge for Sale in California called "Golden Gate". Trump built it, out of pure Gold and painted it for me so that I could sell only to the devout like you...

For those with a real brain, these attacks were a neat stunt by Trump, May and Macron to pacify their Donor Base (not political Base) that they are strongly united against Putin, Iran whatever. Israel Lobby was also a bit jumpy with Iran getting closer to Russia, and this strike will also serve to mollify them.

BTW it is a monumental crime to arm ISIL in the first place, and now selling arms to Saudi so that they can kill a million more Yemenis and keep sponsoring ISIL for generations to come.
Trump was supposed to be different, was supposed to stop Saudi Salafist onslaught and get the hell out of the MIddle East. He is no different than Neocons, hence the deep depression in more than 50% of his base who have expressed anguish at the latest stunt.

I must surmise you don't listen with comprehension...or, you don't have television where you live.

Stated:

Every effort was made when planning this attack not to injure or kill innocent civilians.

I could spell this out for you but I'll let one of your brighter associates tell you why no active chemical weapons STORAGE/WAREHOUSE facilities were destroyed.

This strike was intended to severely handicap Syria's chemical weapons program, although several smaller facilities were not bombed due to the potentiality for civilian casualties. It was a 100% success. Zero casualties. That's why they bombed at 3:00 a.m. It did have other ancillary effects. It showed how weak Russia is. It put Iran on alert. It calmed Israel. And you just know NK took notice, as well.

I remember his tweet from six years ago, warning people to look for Obama to strike Syria, as a distraction from his falling poll numbers, or something like that.

Unfortunately for your narrative, President Trump has a 50% approval rating. Try again.

Yes, and higher than the Marxist Messiah Obama's at the same time in his administration.

The approval rating conundrum will be settle in November. It may be 50 or 60 or even 70 like Nixon. On or above 50 should ensure House Majority stays with GOP, and the Wall gets built and the deficit goes away yada yada yada...

Once again Big Mouth gave aw5sy the game by bragging about it before hand. Isn't that what he said one should never do? It seems the thread title is his assessment, and Fox's, but others not only disagree but are scoffing.

Meanwhile it hasn't even been determined that Assad DID deploy chemical weapons.. But hey, who cares?

Wrong. President Trump was talking about Obama telling ISIS our plans and then giving them six months to move out of that area. There's nothing wrong with telling Syria we will bomb them for crossing the red line. Where is Syria going to go?
