At GDP growth rate of 3%, it would take approximately 25 years for the US Economy to double. Plus growth will fall due to crackdown on immigration and Global Talent shifting to Canada, Europe and China. Not to mention Trade Wars with China and ballooning deficits due to Tax Cuts. And Fuel Price hikes due to Crude going up due to Russian an Saudi lobbying.
I think Growth will fall in 2020 though there will not be any recession.

You're confusing GDP with the economy. Trillions are pouring into the economy, and stock growth is still high.
