Memorial Day isn't about BBQ or a day off from work or school. It's about sacrifice. Keep that in mind as you enjoy your freedom this weekend. People died so that you can be free.

My maternal grandfather was a WWI veteran stationed in France.

One of my brothers served in the army and was stationed in Korea. He organized the children living in orphanages there, teaching them soccer and setting up leagues.
