Apparently the US Embassy in London have no idea what the English will be protesting.. it's not American citizens they don't like.. just one of them.

Funnily alongside his warning to general Americans the Ambassador claims that the English public in general actually have no probs with the person being portrayed.

I don't think there'll be any bombs on board Baby Blimp... and I think I would feel safer as an Anerican in London than a Hispanic-american in the US.

The English won't hurt Americans abroad, if that's what he's implying. English people like to be silly about things, even as though know something is serious. It helps to deal with whatever is happening.
