Is Brennan a big enough fool to sue over loss of his security clearance? Imagine Brennan being subject to deposition, interrogatories, admissions and cross examination over his activities in the phony Steele Dossier, his activities to clear Hillary The Corrupt and frame Donald Trump in the phony Russia Collusion scam, his contacts with Richard Steele, Bruce Ohr, Glen Simpson of Fusion GPS, members of the Hillary Campaign and the DNC, members of the FBI and Justice Dept desperate to frame Donald Trump. Go for it Brennan! IP: Logged |

After he has said, and jwhop quoted him, that literally speaking the Prez has the authority to sack him... why would he sue? Another conjecture from Fox? Or from the Twitterman? More crystal ball readings from Randall?IP: Logged |

Maybe you should ask him, since he's the one saying he's going to sue!IP: Logged |

Maybe you should supply a source for your claim since you are the one claiming it. And the fact that DT dared him to sue - or some newshound says he did - doesn't count as evidence that JB threatened to do soIP: Logged |

The source is every media outlet in existence. The left is eating it up. But President Trump would certainly love it, for the reasons Jwhop stated.IP: Logged |

As I said, nowhere does Brennan threaten to sue for losing his clearance, tho i have seen writeups suggesting he did. I have also seen headlines saying DT dares him to sue... but the actual quote is "he won't sue". How is that begging or daring JB to do it? So I am wondering if you are actually reading either of their words or just headlines and Fox recaps of the gossip around this.? Seems like you don't have anything solid; or do you? Maybe that is why you are convinced that there's fake news everywhere.. cos you don't actually read or listen to their words? I don't pretend to know everything that's reported and suggested in all the papers and blogs.. that's why sources and actual quotes help inform people. You talk as if you know what's going on with no gaps or doubts, but I seriously doubt you cover all sources so i would like to ke how you are so certain in your pronouncements IP: Logged |

It's not rocket science. Go to the search engine of your choice. Type in five words: Brennan threatens to sue Trump. Was it even necessary to instruct you how to do that? But in case you really are that clueless, you're welcome. And no one here said he threatened to sue over losing his clearance. I said he wants to sue to prevent President Trump from doing this to others. It stems from a Meet the Press interview on NBC. I feel like I'm making this too easy for you. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UfKcTaNLS_U IP: Logged |

.its only common courtesy when someone asks for a source to apply one. Innit. You are not my professor and backing up your claims it's only fair. I'll have a look when i have time. Did you read the transcript i supplied on the last page? Somehow i doubt he goes any further here but we'll seeIP: Logged |

Right now I think Trump would prefer to have Michael "Nemesis" Avenatti's Law License removed than bother too much about security clearances of very old former intelligence agents.Trump just got a "Cohenoscopy" from his beloved Attorney and Fixer, just after his favorite campaign manager Manafort got convicted. Only the best people were hired. Only the best... IP: Logged |

Ridiculous! Avenatti is nothing more than an ambulance chasing lawyer. He's going no where. Hey Avenatti, please run for President..as you threatened! Cohen is the only one who got that Cohenoscopy you're bloviating about...and multiple years in prison to think about his crimes. Only the best! You wouldn't know the 'best' if you stepped in it. The people President Trump hired are hitting home runs...in the economy, in foreign policy, in domestic policy and in trade policy. The more you talk, the more everyone realizes how little you know. These ARE the people tromp hired ... and Cohen started out chasing ambulances too. Since then he has not only been DTs personal lawyer but VP in two Tramp companies. A few days ago he was one of "the best". Like Tiller, Sessions, Manafort, and all the other characters who have passed thru the revolving doors .. coming in as "the best" and exiting as "scum" and "dogs".So poor DonBoy is either a very bad judge of personnel/ a perpetual victim. .. or a scumdog himself who only howls when he is caught in the garbage. Which do you prefer? IP: Logged |

One who makes EXTRAORDINARY claims should provide sources. What I stated is so common that you'd have to live under a rock to not be aware of it. IP: Logged |

"and Cohen started out chasing ambulances too"Avenatti, the porn lawyer, is still chasing ambulances. The people President Trump picked to head agencies are hitting home runs...and running up the score. Unlike the incompetent, bungling boob, The Marxist Messiah, Obama. IP: Logged |

As to extraordinary claims..no. Brennan replied to questions that lawyers have contacted him about possible legal actions including bringing an injunction. And that if he has to go to court he won't rule it out. No "threats" to sue. No suggestion that his access to intel is why he has said the things he has.. he's based his conclusions on news reports and open hearings and in years of experience in assessment of people's behavior and facts. So i consider your claims - while not extraordinary but common garden - to be based more on the slant given to what he said, not what he said. Headlines and capsulated summaries are the clickbait of the news biz, but the full stories often don't bear them out. IP: Logged |

"Going to court" is not always the same as "bringing a lawsuit". There are many other things people do in court without suing anyone. Your logic would equal me claiming that Giuluani, and Stone before him, were threatening to start a revolution if Thumper were to be impeached.. because they both suggested it might happen. Does that mean they're going to lead the troops? Highly unlikely IP: Logged |

""Going to court" is not always the same as "bringing a lawsuit"."Yeah, you could go to court...as a defendant. BTW, an injunction is an order of a court to do something...or refrain from doing something. Now, ponder this: How do you get an order of a court for injunctive relief...without a law suit?
