President didn't want his 'hair' messed up because of rain.

15 Million People lost their lives, and were injured by raining bullets and bombs, in World War 1.

So many SORROWS!!! Deaths!!! -- Loss of lives, livelihoods, limbs... and 'el sugar-lump' couldn't take being in 'the water-rain'.. not wanting any spritzes of dew to be messin' up his hair-do!! wah-wah!!

As for cancelling his trip to Belleau....:

The President was where he should have been...doing what he should have been doing.

I know it's hard for leftists to focus on reality but the President has restraints on his travel. Unsafe travel is prohibited and flying helicopters into fog banks is a definite NO NO NO. Nor was it feasible for the President to travel the 50 miles to that cemetery in the Beast. Do any of you have the slightest idea about how many people and vehicles accompany the President in the Limo? Further the roads from Paris to that cemetery would have had to be shut down. There's no way in hell the Secret Service would have permitted the Limo...and security vehicles to be intermixed with French traffic on their highways.
