An illegal immigrant released by a “sanctuary city” county in New Jersey was charged last week with a triple homicide halfway across the country in Missouri, authorities said Friday.

Luis Rodrigo Perez stands accused of being the gunman in a shooting rampage last week that claimed the lives of two men and one woman at two homes.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said it had tried to deport Perez after he was arrested on domestic violence charges in Middlesex County, New Jersey, last year.

But the county, which has a noncooperation policy with ICE, refused to alert federal agents when it released Perez in February, ICE said.

“Had ICE’s detainer request in December 2017 been honored by Middlesex County Jail, Luis Rodrigo Perez would have been placed in deportation proceedings and likely sent home to his country — and three innocent people might be alive today,” said Corey Price, acting ICE executive associate director.

The Houston Chronicle reports that Judge Glenn Devlin asked juvenile defendants whether they planned to kill anyone,

then let nearly all of them go the day after his defeat at the polls.

On Wednesday, he showed up for work in the 313th District Court and began releasing virtually all of the juvenile defenders who had detention hearings before him, according to the Houston Chronicle.

One of the NARRATIVEs: Democrats successfully used the data of 74% Terror being committed by White Right Wing to deflect Trump's Master stroke of stoking fear of 2000 poor asylum seekers in a Caravan [for whch he spent 50 million and sent 15000 troops even though the Caravan was 30 days away, and lied that ISIS was in the

One Corollary: If 74% of Terror in America since 9-11 was not committed by White Right Wing Terrorists, the Trump could have won the House by 15-20 seats.

So it does not matter whther you believe documented evidence or not. Dems won and will build more of this narrative.
