Snopes.com says it is not true. Eddie Page on his youtube video has shown evidence that confirms billions spent on disposable coffin liners. People are being requested to delete his videos. Do watch before it goes away.

IF Obama ordered coffin liners it would have been while he was president. So Sept 18 kinda kills the story. I'm finding nothing on youtube and I'm sorry but people claiming to be pleidian half breeds doesn't make them any more credible than the next story pusher.
