25% of the government is shut down, 800,000 federal employees are furloughed, sitting home and there's the demorats partying in Puerto Rico with their fat cat lobbyist pals. Yeah, call it Sun 'N' Fun. Question is, are American taxpayers funding their very inappropriate vacations?
