Last month you would have seen thousands of govt employees in those unemployment lines. And thousands more of people who don't vote. But i doubt any of them identify to the unemployment office by political party, or if you could tell the difference. But with unemployment so low, its laughable to make statements about "most" Dems not working. IP: Logged |

It's clear you really don't understand how the unemployment number is calculated. People who are not actively looking for work are not counted as "UNEMPLOYED". FACT As for furloughed government employees, they're not unemployed and are ineligible for unemployment compensation. There's another reason they're not eligible. K, your turn to prove it😉 the unemployment office do not collect voter affiliation data. Id love to see links to who does(The unemployment rate ticked higher to 4 percent, a level where it had last been in June, a likely effect of the shutdown, according to the department.
