Now, his two friends have confessed to Chicago police that Smollett hired them..and paid them to help Smollett perpetuate the hoax.

Smollett has been charged with filing a false police report and could get 3 years in prison. Let's hope this lying little leftist sniveler gets the maximum sentence for tying up more than 20 Chicago police detectives to investigate his lying allegation.

Reports say the Obama camp applied pressure. Don't know if it's true but everything was done in secret to get the charges dropped.

Prosecutor says Smollett was not innocent. Police are furious.

Some are saying he flipped. I think that is crazy talk. However, I'm open to the possibility he was used as bait. Rahm's little hissy fit was so uncharacteristic of him, something is surely up beyond the obvious.

What I like about this situation is the left is near equally shocked and angry about it as is the right. That's a rare opportunity and I trust (hope) someone is taking advantage of it.
