Mueller said his report didn't exonerate President Trump. What a hack. The Justice Dept. doesn't exonerate. That's for a jury. If there is enough evidence, they get an indictment. If not, it's done. The accused don't have to prove they didn't do anything. That's not how it works in America. The state has to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt--the highest standard of proof there is. If there is sufficient evidence, there will be an indictment. Mueller found insufficient evidence, i.e., no corrupt intent.
