Report: Democrats Fear Trump’s Winning Economy Could Spell ‘Disaster’ for Them in 2020
MATTHEW BOYLE
29 Apr 2019

Democrats fear that President Donald Trump’s winning economy may spell electoral doom for them in 2020, Politico reports, citing at least one top Democrat pollster.

“Republicans have long believed that if only the economy held up, President Donald Trump could win a second term,” Politico’s David Siders wrote this weekend in a piece filed from Las Vegas, Nevada:

Following another spate of positive economic news — and without a cohesive economic message of their own — many Democrats are starting to fear he might. Anxiety on the left reached new heights last week, with the government reporting that the nation’s economy had grown at an unexpectedly fast pace in the first quarter of the year. While Trump took credit for the surging economy, Democratic presidential contenders were immersing themselves in the Mueller report and debating whether incarcerated felons should be allowed to vote. ...............

Just like with Reagan's second term, this is going to be an electoral college slaughter.

Wrong, wrong, and wrong. The mid-terms may have deceived you, because the collusion delusion was effective, but it's over now.

Collusion story has little to do with it. What turned Cali blue? DEMOGRAPHICS.
http://www.statesman.com/news/20170521/tom-mechler-quits-as-gop-chair-warning-party-must-look-more-like-texas?utm_content=link&ICID=ref_fark

Texas Republican Party Chairman Tom Mechler resigned Saturday for personal reasons but with a warning that if the Texas GOP doesn’t make “our party look more like Texas,” the nation’s biggest red state could turn blue.
“As the demographics continue to change, our state will soon have a majority-minority voting age population. If we do not continue to make efforts to engage in the diverse communities across Texas, our state will turn blue,” Mechler wrote in his letter of resignation. “This is no longer just a possibility, it is an inevitable reality if we fail to act.”

Tom here understood that winning the dwindling white pop of voters with promises of a wall you don't deliver, or losing them with big bad Russia stories isn't the game. You need the booming race based political identity groups or it's all over. Prob for you is, they are not voting Repub.

Biden's first campaign rally raises doubts more than enthusiasm
Thomas Lifson

For the frontrunner in the polls, Joe Biden wasn't able to attract a very impressive crowd for his campaign's kickoff rally. Speaking to crowd of "hundreds" (not the many thousands who turned out for President Trump in much smaller Green Bay Saturday, or the 20 thousand who allegedly attended Kamala Harris's kickoff rally), Biden looked really good for a 77-year-old. But of course, makeup and plastic surgery can accomplish wonders. But when it came to speaking, there were some worrisome lapses....
