Actually, NASA is the source. Even CNN can get it right when they quote a legit source. The Marxist Messiah stopped the rising seas? It's easy to stop what was never happening in the first place! When false data is then reported accurately, a correction takes place.IP: Logged |

NASA made the graphs, which show that if you isolate certain short periods you will see declines in a general upward trend. They did not say sea levels were fallingThe Pundit cherry-picked a period, left out the subsequent upward trend, and pretended this meant the long term picture is not upward. When obama said the seas stopped rising he was probably reading a similar picture that happened in around ten years ago? Heres a piece that discredits the global warming crowd, while at the sane time pointing out that global warming of the natural kind has changed the political and geogrsphic face of the earth in the past.Personally, as ive said, i am more interested in the trashing of our environment than the temperature, but the trashing gets much worse as yemps and waters rise; we are in a warming period, anthropogenic or not, -and no one knows how far it will go. I do know from experience that city streets are hotter when a/c is spewing internal hot air outward, power outtages shut down those cooling devices, and flooded streets like NOla and DC have experienced this month are DIRTY streets. Roman Empire was essentially destroyed during their warm period and the Black Death coincided with the Medieval one.. I've been so wrong all these years. I thought a Germanic tribe known as the Vandals sacked Rome in about 450, earlier, the Gauls and Visigoths and later, the Ostrogoths. Sea levels rising is a complete hoax replete with flawed measurements. I posted a wealth of information a few years ago on this very forum from experts in the field explaining how the false measurements were made. It was never a problem.IP: Logged |

No one knows how far it will go? Well, considering that CO2 has more than doubled but temps have remained stable, I would say that this is about as far as it goes. In fact, globally, temps have cooled. Globally. Your personal accounts of localized heat waves are about as scientifically insignificant as collecting rainwater in a coffee cup and equating that to flooding in the everglades. IP: Logged |
