If..and I say If..you are a mental health practitioner, you are enjoined from making diagnosis without a personal examination of a patient. So, are you really NOT a mental health practitioner...or are you just an unethical member of the tribe? Constitutional Amendments Blue Roamer? Perhaps it hasn't occurred to you but your breach of medical ethical canons is not covered by the 1st Amendment.
