Mulvaney did not confirm that Ukrainian money was held up until Ukraine agreed to investigate the corrupt duo, Joe and Hunter Biden.

On the other hand, it's now clear that demorat US Senators threatened to cut off aid to Ukraine unless they dug up dirt on Trump and turned it over to them.
