trumps master Netanyahu has already made the Talmud the base of all Israeli law and trump will follow suit now that he has been given dictatorial power.Trump will declare martial law before the 2020 election as he sees he will be defeated.

Trump’s Luciferian Kabbalah ‘Tree of Life’ Award [Notice how while he brags about it he gives the 6 6 6 hand sign, and states how this represents EVERYTHING he believes in = Luciferianism]:

It's not outside the realm of possibility, although I'm not sure it would really have anything to do with the Talmud or Israel, more about Trump and the cult of Trump.

Hes already been impeached and acquitted so he may be machinating to figure out how to avoid there being an election where he could lose.

What is congress going to do, impeach him?

Diseased minds think alike. Their cover story is..."it could happen".

So, it could happen. Don't need anything more than speculation to say...it could happen.

Bernie The Commie could cede Alaska to Russia..where he spent his honeymoon.

Bernie The Commie could give medium range missiles with nuclear warheads to the country and political system he admires, Communist Cuba.

Bernie The Commie could cede Puerto Rico to Communist Cuba.

Bernie The Commie could launch a nuclear attack on Israel...a country he hates.

Bernie The Commie could cede California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas to Mexico.

Bernie The Commie could cede Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wyoming back to France.

Bernie The Commie could cede the 13 original colony states back to Great Britain.

You know, since you're speculating...and, with Bernie The Commie who despised the USA, 'it could happen'.

Mud slinging won't work on Bernie in the same way it will work on other candidates or how it did on hilary.

The right can try but it will slide off him because hes an angry old jewish man at a deli and he can send anything back.

Trump will try and slime Bernie but it won't work, he has slime proof coating and its called jewish chutzpah.

Trump’s alarming effort to turn government into a weapon of revenge goes into overdrive after his acquittal

After President Gerald Ford, a Republican, publicly denied a nearly bankrupt New York City a federal bailout in 1975, one newspaper headline famously reported “Ford to City: Drop Dead.”

On Wednesday, even before the GOP Senate had acquitted President Trump on his corrupt withholding of U.S. military aid to Ukraine for personal political gain, his White House issued a veto threat for an emergency aid package intended to help Puerto Rico recover from a series of damaging earthquakes, including one that struck the previous day.

This article was originally published at Salon

Say this for Gerald Ford: He didn’t appear to hold any kind of personal grudge against New York. Trump, however, apparently feels bitterly aggrieved despite escaping unscathed from two major efforts to curb his corruption in the last year. He is capitalizing on his post-acquittal moment by ramping up his politics of revenge — both in terms of rhetoric and policy.

“Neither Puerto Ricans nor the American taxpayers benefit when emergency aid is misallocated, lost, or stolen through waste, fraud, and abuse,” Trump’s veto message said. The distinction between Puerto Ricans and American taxpayers is peculiar — after all, Puerto Ricans are American taxpayers who pay nearly $4 billion a year in federal taxes, including Social Security and Medicare payroll taxes on income. What is even more troubling about Trump’s threat to withhold aid from Puerto Rico is that because of its unique status as a U.S. commonwealth, Puerto Rico cannot accept aid from any other countries. Refusing to help the people of Puerto Rico after a natural disaster is arbitrary, inhumane and cruel — and no other part of the U.S. would be treated this way.

Trump to Puerto Rico: Drop dead.

Trump has railed against the island ever since Hurricane Maria, when he tossed paper towels to storm victims and complained loudly and repeatedly about the cost of rebuilding. He held up a previous disaster package for Puerto Rico for nearly two years, and when he finally released nearly $16 billion in funding, he forced Puerto Rico to drop its $15 minimum wage for relief workers.

Such collective punishment was necessary, the president argued, because Puerto Rico is “one of the most corrupt places on Earth.” While Puerto Rico has attracted his particular ire, it’s certainly not the only U.S. jurisdiction whose voters have been punished by this administration, presumably because their political leaders have failed to bend the knee.

To mark his acquittal on an article of abuse of power, Trump celebrated by threatening to abuse his power. White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham previewed Trump’s post-impeachment trial speech on Fox News Thursday, hilariously claiming he would speak with “some humility” and then clarifying: “I think he’s gonna also talk about how just horribly he was treated and that maybe people should pay for that.”

Trump’s first official post-acquittal policy move was the announcement on Fox News that the Department of Homeland Security will suspend all residents of New York from enrolling in the Global Entry program. The excuse? The Empire State has authorized the issuance of driver licenses to undocumented immigrants (as have 12 other states) and also passed a law preventing ICE from accessing the data. Equipped with a sense of double vindication, Trump started a public feud meant to punish a state that doesn’t support him, while maximizing political resonance with his base. Ironically, as the Competitive Enterprise Institute notes, Trump’s move means New Yorkers are barred from a program that expedites entry into the U.S., while Mexican nationals remain free to enroll.

Trump’s politics of the petty “goes well beyond immigration,” as the New York Times editorial board has outlined:

Among other efforts, in September, the Environmental Protection Agency moved to rescind a longstanding federal waiver allowing California to set its own auto emissions standards. That same week, the president ordered the agency to cite San Francisco for environmental violations caused by its homeless crisis. He also discussed with aides the possibility of sending in federal authorities to clear the homeless population from the streets of Los Angeles and herding them into government-backed facilities.

As with the elimination of the state and local tax deduction in the Republicans’ 2017 tax bill — which clearly targeted high-tax blue states that voted for Hillary Clinton — the president’s retaliatory politics turns government into a weapon of revenge.

Top Alabama cop said Nancy Pelosi should be targeted by a ‘roadside bomb’ for tearing up Trump’s speech

An Alabama cop is apologizing for a Facebook post where he said that House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) could be targeted with a roadside bomb for daring to tear up President Trump’s State of the Union speech, the Daily Mail reports.

“Pelosi just ripped up his [speech],” Geraldine police department assistant chief Jeff Buckles wrote. “Road Side bomb on her way home and any other Dumbocrats.”

Buckles later removed the post and apologized for “venting.”

“I have definitely offended some people with my remarks,” he wrote. “It just rips my heart out that our great country is so divided.”

Buckles has a history of posting pro-Trump rhetoric to Facebook. In a post from February 4, he wrote, “I honestly believe that God has placed Donald Trump in the position to bring about prophecy. God Bless Trump. God Bless America.”

In an announcement this Thursday, Geraldine Mayor Chuck Ables said that he and Police Chief Heath Albright will meet with the town’s attorney on Friday to decide what the best course of discipline for Buckles will be.

Trump’s acquittal has unleashed the most ‘corrupt, unfit, demented and malevolent president’ ever: columnist

In a scorching column for the Daily Beast, David Rothkopf accused Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Attorney General Bill Barr of standing by while President Donald Trump purges anyone who crossed him with their testimony during his impeachment trial, with the columnist saving most of his vitriol for Republicans who are letting the president continue to break the law.

In short, he blamed the entire Republican Party apparatus of giving more power to “the most corrupt, unfit, demented and malevolent president” in history.

“Trump is unchastened, unchained and unhinged. I fear for the future of our democracy with such a vindictive bully wielding the awesome powers of the presidency with less and less restraint. “He gambled, but only on his own team winning, and paid a decades-long price,” Trump wrote, echoing his own defense that he had done nothing wrong as he thought he was helping his team.

“Get Pete Rose into the Baseball Hall of Fame,” Trump ordered. “It’s time!”

The only thing Donald Trump didn’t do in his victory-lap appearance in the East Room on Thursday was announce the pending arrest of Adam Schiff or Nancy Pelosi. He did everything else. He told his roomful of hacks and sycophants that the impeachment trial “was all ******** .” They cheered. He called the Democrats and lone Republican who favored his impeachment and removal from office “the crookedest, most dishonest, dirtiest people I’ve ever known,” “lowlifes,” “stone-cold crazy,” “evil,” “sick,” “corrupt,” “scum,” “bad,” “horrible,” “vicious” and “leakers.” Stammering, wheezing, snorting and sniffling, he said those who impeached him were “mean.” His fans applauded. Treasury hands Biden records over to GOP after refusing to release Trump tax returns

The Treasury Department turned over Hunter Biden’s confidential financial records to Republican senators despite refusing to release President Donald Trump’s tax returns as required by law.

Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ron Johnson, R-Wis., announced that they will investigate Biden, the son of former Vice President Joe Biden, and “his associates during the Obama administration” just one hour after the Senate voted to acquit Trump in an impeachment trial with no new witnesses or documents sparked by the president’s push to investigate his political rivals. There is no evidence nor credible allegations that either Hunter or Joe Biden did anything illegal.

Joe Biden committed the federal crime of bribery:

The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 (FCPA) (15 U.S.C. § 78dd-1, et seq.) is a United States federal law known primarily for two of its main provisions: one that addresses accounting transparency requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and another concerning bribery of foreign officials.

The official CFR transcript of Biden speaking during this part of the panel discussion reads: “I went over, I guess, the 12th, 13th time to Kiev. And I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee. I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor. They didn’t.

“They said they had—they were walking out to a press conference. I said, nah, I’m not going to—or, we’re not going to give you the billion dollars. They said, you have no authority. You’re not the president. The president … I said, call him. (Laughter.) I said, I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars. I said, you’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a ***** . (Laughter.) He got fired.”

Critics blast ‘absurd’ plan to put ‘garish’ Trump in charge of architectural style for all new federal buildings

In a fascinating article, The New York Times shared the news that the Trump administration is proposing an executive White House order to decide on architectural style for all new federal buildings — to make them look akin to the classical style of the White House itself.

It’s less the choice in architecture itself that is striking as the fact that the White House believes that there needs to be a singular approach set by Donald Trump, a guy who has proved himself to be as uninterested in the arts as could be possible. But architecture? I guess as a builder, Trump sees himself as an expert.

Will the White House insist on gold drapes next?

Defend democracy. Click to invest in courageous progressive journalism today.

By picking a “classical” approach inspired by Greek and Roman architecture as the default, Trump would at once underscore a kind of “conservative” approach to architecture and step on the creativity of the nation’s architectural artists who might try to match say form and function of a new building.

Plus, it is a little late for a call to uniformity, isn’t it? Do we think that the Smithsonian Institution (which is exempted) headquarters and the Air and Space Museum were designed by the same person? Or should have been?

The Times described a draft of an executive order called “Making Federal Buildings Beautiful Again” that was spearheaded by the National Civic Art Society, a nonprofit group that believes contemporary architecture has “created a built environment that is degraded and dehumanizing.” The order would govern the design of office buildings, headquarters, and courthouses, or any federal building project contracted through the General Services Administration that costs over $50 million.

Hey, Mr. President, don’t stop here. You could as easily dictate that all painting now be portraits or landscapes in figurative styles, that all music be Kid Roc-inspired knockoffs, that all movies be G-rated, and that they all mention you in a positive light at least once.

This president has distinguished himself by turning his back on attending the annual Kennedy Center awards for performing artists, by cutting National Endowment for the Arts money to zero each year of his presidency until overturned by Congress, by saluting the biggest physical architectural statement by this government as a Wall to keep immigrants from gaining access to the southern border.

Here’s what the architectural whisperers said: “For too long architectural elites and bureaucrats have derided the idea of beauty, blatantly ignored public opinions on style, and have quietly spent taxpayer money constructing ugly, expensive, and inefficient buildings,” according to Marion Smith, the group’s chairman. “This executive order gives voice to the 99 percent — the ordinary American people who do not like what our government has been building.”

The executive order would instead put national aesthetic opinion in the hands of D0nald Trump, the man who has brought us the Trump Towers and other buildings known for their garishness.

Architects told The Times this squashes creativity and imbues the president with power that doesn’t belong with him. The Times quoted Roger Lewis, architect and retired professor of architecture. “At the most fundamental level it’s a complete constraint on freedom of expression. This notion that the White House has expertise or knowledge or understanding of architecture and design sufficient to allow them to mandate that all federal buildings be classically styled is absurd.”

Trump has criticized the Federal Bureau of Investigation headquarters on Pennsylvania Avenue whose appearance Trump has criticized as brutalist. At the National Gallery of Art, one building finished in 1940 reflects classical style, and one completed in 1978 is triangular and more modern.

Actually, the executive order would set a high bar to get approval for any style other than classical, requiring approval by a presidential “re-beautification” committee and final okay by the White House.

According to The times, the order also accuses the government’s Design Excellence Program, which directs the federal government’s multibillion-dollar building program, of encouraging the proliferation of modern styles, arguing that “the federal government has largely stopped building beautiful buildings the American people want to look at or work in.”

The administration’s draft order, which was obtained by The New York Times, suggests an abrupt reversal of that ethos: “Classical and traditional architectural styles have proven their ability to inspire such respect for our system of self-government. Their use should be encouraged.”

Trump’s style at his own personal properties favors gilded furniture, marble flooring, and Louis XIV-style flourishes. But two of his higher-profile business projects, including the Trump Towers at Columbus Circle in New York City and The Trump Tower in Chicago, were built with modernist influences, noted The Times.

I agree with Michael Kimmelman, The Times’ architecture critic, who said “Just to have this argument feels demeaning,” adding, “Who knows what classicism ultimately means, but the draft order makes it come across as awfully prim and petty.”

From where I sit, the discussion of an executive order for architectural style fits perfectly in the current efforts at suffocating any thoughts that challenge Trump’s own. In TrumpWorld, there is no reason for specialized knowledge or even appreciation, no science or art work that can top the Trump gut, and a need to lean heavily on ever-recreating the decisions of the past.

The only good news in the proposed executive order is that Trump has not insisted on having his name emblazoned on building fronts.

US Ambassador to Israel Says Trump Will ¡¥Do¡¦ Israel in ¡¥Kiester¡¦ if Seizes More Land (without cutting Trump in)

RT/Moscow: Unilateral action by Israel to annex land in the West Bank would endanger US support for a proposed blueprint for the region, US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman has said.
(this is utter b+++++++t". trump will do anything Netanyahu wants todd)

¡§Israel is subject to the completion [of] a mapping process by a joint Israeli-American committee. Any unilateral action in advance of the completion of the committee process endangers the Plan & American recognition,¡¨ Friedman said, in a message posted on Twitter.

Israel is subject to the completion a mapping process by a joint Israeli-American committee. Any unilateral action in advance of the completion of the committee process endangers the Plan & American recognition.

¡X David M. Friedman (@USAmbIsrael) February 9, 2020

What a big mistake! God has given all the land to the children of Israel! You can't go against God! To top it all off you want to make a Palestinian state! A state that wants to destroy us! Complete insanity!!! Better to rethink seriously what you are doing!!!

¡X Rabbi Berel Scharf (@ScharfBerel) February 9, 2020

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on Saturday that his government had begun to draw up maps of land in the occupied West Bank, in accordance with US President Donald Trump¡¦s proposed peace plan. However, Judging by Friedman¡¦s message, it appears that Washington has taken issue with being excluded from the process, and could potentially withdraw support for the plan if Israel proceeds alone.

The area being mapped includes all of Israel¡¦s illegal settlements in the Jordan Valley. Palestinians view these lands as rightfully theirs, comprising part of a future state.

¡§The only map that can be accepted as the map of Palestine is the map of the Palestinian state on the 1967 borders with Jerusalem as its capital,¡¨ said Nabil Abu Rudeinah, spokesman for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

Palestinian outrage over the so-called ¡¥deal of the century¡¦ has already led to violent incidents in the West Bank and Jerusalem.

Obviously President Trump has good tastes in building architecture. Problem is, most federal buildings look like low rent indigent housing in Moscow, Russia. Stop building them ugly.

Of course, I understand. Leftists need something to wheeze, whine, screech, howl and snivel about. Last week it was losing the impeachment. Before that, Stormy Daniels lost her lawsuit. Before that, the FBI investigation of Trump found NOTHING. Before that Bob Mueller found NOTHING. This week it's architecture. Next week, Trump gets 2 scoops of ice cream. How corrupt.

If this so called writer actually likes federal architecture...from the 1950s on, then his taste is all in his mouth. Perhaps he should be pursuing a job as Putin's architect.

Oh, and...

lawyers quit case after DOJ decision on Stone prison time
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department said Tuesday it will take the extraordinary step of lowering the amount of prison time it will seek for Roger Stone, an announcement that came just hours after President Donald Trump complained that the recommended sentence for his longtime ally and confidant was “very horrible and unfair."

The move prompted near immediate protest from prosecutors on the case. One resigned as an assistant U.S. attorney. The second filed a notice with the court that he was leaving his position as a special prosecutor with the U.S. attorney's office in Washington, although he would remain as an assistant U.S. attorney in Baltimore.

The Justice Department said the decision to shorten the sentencing recommendation was made Monday night — before Trump's tweet — and that prosecutors had not spoken to the White House about it.

The move was sure to raise questions about political interference and whether Trump's views hold unusual sway over the Justice Department, which is meant to operate independently of the White House in criminal investigations and prosecutions.

Attorney General William Barr has been a steady ally of Trump's, clearing the president of obstruction of justice even when special counsel Robert Mueller had pointedly declined to do so and declaring that the FBI's Russia investigation — which resulted in charges against Stone — had been based on a “bogus narrative."

Democrats lambasted the decision. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said the rule of law is being “totally perverted to Donald Trump's own personal desires and needs."

On Monday night, prosecutors had recommended Stone serve seven to nine years behind bars after being convicted of charges including lying to Congress, witness tampering and obstructing the House investigation into whether the Trump campaign coordinated with Russia to tip the 2016 election. The recommendation raised the prospect that Stone could receive the harshest sentence of any of the half-dozen Trump aides charged in Mueller's probe.

In a tweet early Tuesday, Trump said the case against Stone was a “miscarriage of justice.” A Justice Department official said authorities decided to step in and seek a shorter sentence because they had been taken by surprise by the initial recommendation. The person, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said prosecutors had told the department to expect a shorter recommendation.

It is extremely rare for Justice Department leaders to reverse the decision of its own prosecutors on a sentencing recommendation, particularly after that recommendation has been submitted to the court. Normally, United States attorneys have wide latitude to recommend sentences on cases that they prosecuted.

Sentencing decisions are ultimately up to the judge, who in this case may side with the original Justice Department recommendation. U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson has repeatedly scolded Stone for his out-of-court behavior, which included a social media post he made of the judge with what appeared to be crosshairs of a gun.

The judge barred Stone from social media last July after concluding that she repeatedly flouted his gag order.

Besides, judges invariably frown upon crimes that they see as perverting the functions of the criminal justice system, such as making false statements or obstructing an investigation.

The Justice Department plans to refile the recommendation later Tuesday.

Federal prosecutors also recently softened their sentencing position on former national security adviser Michael Flynn, saying that they would not oppose a probation of punishment after initially saying that he deserved up to six months in prison for lying to the FBI. The Flynn prosecution is also being handled by the U.S. Attorney’s office in Washington.

The White House referred questions about the decision to the Justice Department.

In the sentencing memorandum filed Monday evening, prosecutors asked for Stone to serve between 87 and 108 months in federal prison — the sentence they said was in line with federal guidelines. Such a sentence would send a message to deter others who might consider lying or obstructing a congressional probe or tampering with witnesses, they said.

The prosecutors wrote in the court papers that “Stone’s actions were not a one-off mistake in judgement” and that he “decided to double – and triple – down on his criminal conduct by tampering with a witness for months in order to make sure his obstruction would be successful.”

Stone has denied wrongdoing and consistently criticized the case against him as politically motivated. He did not take the stand during his trial and his lawyers did not call any witnesses in his defense.

Witnesses in the case testified that Trump’s campaign viewed Stone as an “access point” to the anti-secrecy site WikiLeaks, which was in possession of more than 19,000 emails hacked from the servers of the Democratic National Committee and tried to use him to get advance word about hacked emails damaging to Hillary Clinton.

Prosecutors charged that Stone lied to Congress about his conversations about WikiLeaks with New York radio host Randy Credico — who had scored an interview with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in 2016 — and conservative writer and conspiracy theorist Jerome Corsi.

During the 2016 campaign, Stone mentioned in interviews and public appearances that he was in contact with Assange through a trusted intermediary and hinted at inside knowledge of WikiLeaks’ plans. But he started pressing Credico to broker a contact, and Credico testified that he told Stone to work through his own intermediary.

Earlier testimony revealed that Stone, while appearing before the House Intelligence Committee, named Credico as his intermediary to Assange and pressured Credico not to contradict him.

After Credico was contacted by Congress, he reached out to Stone, who told him he should “stonewall it” and “plead the fifth,” he testified. Credico also testified during Stone’s trial that Stone repeatedly told him to “do a ‘Frank Pentangeli,’” a reference to a character in “The Godfather: Part II” who lies before Congress.

Prosecutors also charged that Stone had threatened Credico’s therapy dog, Bianca, saying he was “going to take that dog away from you.”

Any federal prosecutor who worked the case against Roger Stone shouldn't have the option of quitting. They should be fired for cause. They should have already been fired...for cause.

Roger Stone's crime is that he worked to elect President Trump.

Leftist screechers, whiners, snivelers and pants wetters will never get over the fact that President Trump won the election over their Queen of Corruption, Hillary The Corrupt. In their shriveled little dark minds and souls, anyone who was instrumental in getting President Trump elected is fair game and should be prosecuted.

Yahoo Non News is one of their hangouts. The collective IQ of their writers and posters wouldn't break mid-double digits. Their mouths are bigger than their IQs.

The Associated Press, (AP) isn't any better.

Oh, and...
