The Brennan Center for Justice, which is heavily financed by George Soros, is calling for Democrats to spend $250 million to educate voters about any changes that will allow vote-by-mail in the upcoming presidential election, advocating an advertising campaign about those changes in non-English languages.

Nearly 6-in-10 American likely voters say they are worried that nationwide mail-in voting will increase voter fraud, a new poll reveals.

The latest Rasmussen Reports survey of 1,000 likely voters finds that about 58 percent of Americans, or almost 6-in-10, are concerned over a spike in voter fraud should there be nationwide mail-in voting for upcoming elections.

A plurality of 36 percent of Americans said they are ¡§very concerned¡¨ about more voter fraud because of mail-in voting, and another 22 percent said they are somewhat concerned. A minority of 39 percent said they are not concerned that mail-in voting will lead to more voter fraud.

Close to 80 percent of Republican voters said they are concerned about more voter fraud spurred by mail-in voting, along with more than half of swing voters. A majority of Democrats, 53 percent, said they are not concerned with voter fraud.

Former Attorney General Jeff Sessions argues if the push to use federal power to require voting by mail as an election offering is successful, it could threaten democracy in the United States.

During a telephone town hall with the Tuscaloosa County, AL Republican Party, Sessions, a candidate for U.S. Senate in Alabama, explained how changing the election process would be a deviation from American traditions.

That is a huge threat to democracy, he said. It is unthinkable that Congress would agree to such a demand, and if they stand firm, the Democrats will have to back down, for sure. Only if they weakened, could that be successful. Look, historically Election Day was a day that in every hamlet, village, farm and city people went to a polling place on the same day and they cast ballots. Then people decided if you were sick or if you were out of town, you should be able to vote absentee ballot.

“What the Democrats would do, ideally they’re saying they want to close polling places and send out ballots by mail. So, if your brother Billy is not here, or your mother passed away, or somebody has dementia — these ballots can be sent to a home, and anybody can cast them and send them in. People can intercept ballots if they are voting for someone who is not legal.”...

About 11,600 dead people remain on the state of Virginia’s voter rolls, according to a court brief filed in United States District Court.

A court brief filed by the Public Legal Interest Foundation (PILF) alleges grave issues with Virginia’s voter rolls just as a lawsuit in the state seeks to strip witness requirements on mail-in ballots in the midst of the Chinese coronavirus crisis.

According to PILF, there are about 11,600 dead people on Virginia’s voter rolls — all of whom would receive mail-in ballots if an election were held by mail. These nearly 12,000 dead voters have corresponding published obituaries.

Another 1,772 registered voters have commercial addresses listed as their primary residence and nearly 600 voters have been flagged as having duplicated registrations.

On Wednesday, the court accepted PILF’s brief...........

Judicial Watch, a watchdog organization, has filed a lawsuit against the state of Pennsylvania for having more than 800,000 inactive voters on its voter rolls.

In its lawsuit, Judicial Watch alleges that Pennsylvania has kept more than 800,000 inactive voter registrations on the books despite National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) orders that mandate states periodically clean their voter rolls.

According to the lawsuit, Buck County has about 457,000 registered voters on their rolls and, in the last two years, has only removed a total of eight inactive voters.

Likewise, the lawsuit alleges that Chester County, with 357,000 registered voters, has only removed five inactive voters. Delaware County, with 403,000 registered voters, has removed only four inactive voters in the last two years, the lawsuit claims.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement:

Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections ¡X that¡¦s one reason why we¡¦re going to court to force Pennsylvania to follow federal law to clean up its voting rolls. Pennsylvania has to take the simple steps necessary to clean from its rolls the names of voters ¡K who probably have moved away or died.

The lawsuit also alleges that Pennsylvania has an ¡§abnormally high percentage¡¨ of voter registrations compared to their eligible voting population. Judicial Watch officials call the high rate of registrations an indicator ¡§that the jurisdiction is not taking steps required by law to cancel the registrations of ineligible registrants.¡¨

In January, Allegheny County ¡X which encompasses Pittsburgh ¡X removed about 69,000 inactive registered voters from its voter rolls after Judicial Watch threatened to sue county officials for failing to clean its rolls.....
