You may believe she's guilty, the FBI and Justice dept may believe she's guilty but it's a jury which has to be brought to belief she's guilty...beyond a reasonable doubt and to a moral certitude.

Putting that kind of case together takes a lot of time and investigation of every facet of available proof. Defense attorneys will be trying to poke holes in every bit of evidence to create 'reasonable doubt'.
