New York City contact tracers cannot ask about attendance at protests

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/new-york-city-contact-tracers-cannot-ask-about-attendance-at-protests
Contact tracers in New York City reportedly cannot ask anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 whether they have attended any recent protests.

In recent weeks, both Mayor Bill de Blasio and Gov. Andrew Cuomo have worried publicly that the widespread demonstrations in response to the death of George Floyd would transmit the coronavirus. But the hundreds of contact tracers working for the city have been instructed not to ask about attendance at a demonstration, according to the City.

Avery Cohen, a spokeswoman for de Blasio, confirmed the policy in an email to the City. "No person will be asked proactively if they attended a protest," she wrote.

Tracers are restricted to asking people who have tests positive for the coronavirus to recall recent individuals with whom they have had contact. They may also ask if the individual lives with anyone at home.

As recently as June 1, de Blasio expressed concern about the effects of demonstrations on coronavirus transmission. "For those who have already had their presence and made their voices heard, the safest thing to do is to stay home," he said. "Obviously, we don't want people in close proximity to each other. We don't want people out there where they might catch this disease or spread this disease."

Just last week, Cuomo stated, "That’s the one variable in this equation that we’re not sure of: We don’t know what the effect of those protests are."

People against contact tracers, seem to resent them asking about *anything* they've done. I understand why you're posting this, but why be against something that could help?

How does it help? It violates people’s privacy over a virus with a fatality rate lower than the flu. And why exempt protesters?

And they don't want to know. Plausible deniability.

As long as it involves protesting, all bets are off with the left. NYC also banned all gatherings, but protesters are exempt. The First Amendment applies to all groups equally. This tyrant takes the cake. He's worried more about painting Black Lives Matter on the street in front of Trump Tower than he is concerned about protecting the citizens, as the violence ensues and the homicide rate keeps rising. And AOC says that the violence is because "people are hungry."

It seems everyone is ignoring that this tracer system is very similar to how China is.
That is total surveillance. The have 250 million cameras ,citizens have to have their phones on them all the time turned on.even when they are asleep.they are grade by what they watch what they say what they buy etc..
Citizens can be restricted or death IED services and freedom of travel based on the phone data.
This is basically the same what demon gates wants to do with vaccine certificates in this country.
Also the Chinese SUPPOSED the corona virus was causing the new infection.
This supposition has been adopted in this country as still there is no scientific evidence that the coronavirus is causing interstitial pulmonary fungical infection.
Dr stoian alexo,President of the Bulgarian pathology association has stated that no one has died of corona virus.
The 4 koch postulates are used to determine if a microorganisms is responsible for a specific disease and the corona virus fails all 4 postulates.
The corona virus has never been found in the lungs of victims.
