I see you're down another rabbit hole.It's common for feds at DOJ to certify a case and take over when elected officials...and other federal employees are accused of a tort. I don't remember you foaming at the mouth when DOJ feds took over a case where your little Marxist Messiah, Obama was accused. Same thing happened when Bush 43 was accused. It's common as dirt. It's no big deal...except in the minds of little leftists with way too much time on their hands where everything...in their minds..is political. You know, like the 2 scoops of ice cream scandal. True that. The Federal Tort Claims Act of 1946 and the Westfall Act of 1988 requires the substitution of the federal government for federal official defendants in tort cases. The federal government then becomes the defendant in those cases. IP: Logged |
