Okay, I had to google it. Apparently, Toobin was self-pleasuring while on a Zoom call with colleagues. He claims it was an accident, he didn't mean for others to see him...How embarassing, but LOL!! I bet there is a lot of that stuff going on while people are doing Zoom and you only see them from the waist up. I know people who claim doing zoom while not wearing anything below the waist. I think at one point, there is going to be some kind of Zoom etiquette where people are going to have to be seen from head to toe to cut down on shenanigans. IP: Logged |

I am trying not to judge. He can do anything he wants while zooming his friends during his leisure personal time. The issue is that he was doing this thing while on company time during a zoom meeting, which arguably must have dulled or interfere with his intellectual and mental capabilities, again, on company time. That is just not an honorable thing to do and it also just reflects poorly on him as an employee. ETA: Again, I believe this is going to set a precedent and companies are going to want to crack down on this type of behavior by requiring that employees are seen from head to toes, you know, just like during a real live meeting.
