I spiritually discern judgment through a person's human spirit (judgement that's already occurred by God) not their soul (mental, emotional, volitional judgement) nor their body (flesh or skin color, gender, etc).

It's never wrong to spiritually discern judgement.

The judgement of being wrong has already happened and was none of my doing.

All I did is spiritually discern the judgement.

However, it can be carried out incorrectly.

It's always wrong to judge a person's soul or body, like you may be suggesting.
