Why should federal employees have protection from getting fired for poor..or no performance of their job duties? Why should federal employees have rights not found in the private sector? But heh, they don't get paid like private sectors do. Many like the doctor who resigned perhaps has a passion for public service and wants a work life balance. Benefits and medical insurance are awesome though. Facilities are clean unlike Amazon's of the past. But Amazon is improving tooIP: Logged |
