There are highly intelligent people on both sides. There are average people on both sides. There are idiots on both sides.

People have this mistaken assumption that JP is part of the right, conservative, etc. Nah, he actually isn't. He's just someone who thinks more independently for himself, and I've seen him make fun of both sides, and I've also have listened to his more serious talks. For example, there is a long, in depth conservation with his friend and fellow YT'er, Brent Pella (who btw is left leaning), and it's clear that JP doesn't buy into either side, criticizes both and also agrees with both at other times.

It is a primitive tribal trait/tendency in humans that needs a "team" and needs to be in competition with another side/side. JP is too spiritually evolved/mature for that.

But because he questions the mainstream Covid narrative openly (as do I also, who grew up left leaning for much of my life), more and more people think he is right leaning, and he certainly IS attracting more and more right leaning people in the comment section, but they can't think/perceive/see in a subtle nuanced way ironically.

If I was a betting man, I would say that JP voted for Sanders in the primaries, and probably isn't going to vote for either Biden or Trump. And I doubt he voted for Trump or Clinton last time.

I actually don’t like “teams” for the most part. Don’t like cliques. It’s good to have people who have your back, but you still won’t agree on everything.

Real and truly independent thinkers are very rare in this world. I don't agree with everything JP says or believes, but my psychic spidy senses tell me quite clearly he is an older Soul with deeper perception and plenty of concern for others and humanity at large.

Have you heard of the Milgram Experiment and other related/similar psychological experiments?

These showed quite clearly that the majority of people are too easily influenced by perceived authority to think, believe, and even act in certain ways--even when it was unethical. Despite hearing the screams of the other person on the other side being shocked, people persisted in increasing the shock because they were afraid to go against what perceived authority was telling them. Think about how truly ****** up that is.

In those experiments, only a minority percentage of people said to the perceived authorities, "No, I will not do what you're telling me to do."

The implications of these experiments, and looking at history of humanity in conjunction, indicates that most people are far more of "mass (un)consciousness" than self realized, truly independent types.

Only these types fully recognize their own. Everyone else thinks we're mad, unbalanced, etc. Oh, the irony.
