Personal responsibility.Not the state's responsibility. That's the main difference. For example, if you don't work, then you don't get a check. If you work, then save. If not enough to save, then get two jobs. Don't be coming over here for handouts. We will feed you as long as you try to improve yourself. If you need education, we can provide it.
