Glancing at my calendar, I see this month marks the anniversary of the Battle of Tours, wherein France repelled a vicious attempted invasion and colonization of Europe by Muslim jihadists.
Are the Christians aware of this? Should they be made aware?

Speaking of anniversaries, ofc when you mention skulls I cant help but be reminded that we are coming up on the 500th anniversary of the Battle of Khanwa. No doubt you are familiar, but for the rest of the class .... this one was a highlight of yet another invasion and colonization by Muslim jihadists, this time of India. Following the notably brutal battle, the Muslim warlord, Barbur ordered a tower of Hindu skulls be erected to commemorate his win. He so enjoyed the view, he repeated the order later that year after capturing Chanderi.

It has been estimated that perhaps 100 million Hindus were slaughtered by Muslims during an invasion often cited as the bloodiest in modern history.

Apparently in France, they will be keeping the schools and university open during the lockdown. At least, that's the plan for now.

But they are planning on having curfews.

The French satirize all religions. This is part of the national culture and humor. They consider religion a choice, and as such is it not a protected category like one's physical characteristics like races or ethnicity.

Charlie Hebdo has made cartoons satirizing ALL RELIGIONS. I guess you haven't seen cartoons of The Pope. How about the one where The Virgin Mary is represented in tattered clothing, crying that she has just been raped by 3 Wise Men, and that one of them was a black man!

Catholics didn't riot over it nor did they call for the beheading of the cartoonists. No stupid 1% catholic went on a rampage to avenge the honor of the Virgin Mary.

It is not a good look for the Islam community that it is unable to even criticize those in her midst that are giving the religion a bad name.
