They had a similar experience that peers had here. They went to sleep the night of November 3, thinking Donald Trump had won and then woke up the next morning to learn the data had changed dramatically overnight.

This is without question, if the re-count shows Trump won, then Trump won, end of story. All the Ballots exist for the recount, it is not rocket science.

Public must accept the re-count tallies. In Georgia, the recount narrowed the deficit.
So some small errors are proven to exist but not large scale Voter Fraud so far.

In 2014, Smartmatic’s CEO Antonio Mugica and British Lord Mark Malloch-Brown announced the launching of the SGO Corporation Limited, a holding company based in London whose primary asset is the election technology and voting machine manufacturer.

They were joined on SGO’s board by Sir Nigel Knowles, Global CEO of DLA Piper, entrepreneur David Giampaolo and Roger Piñate, Smartmatic’s COO and co-founder.

Kamala Harris husband, Doug Emhoff, just so happens to work for DLA Piper.

Here's some information obtained from the cable:

Smartmatic was founded by three Venezuelans. It’s a Venezuelan company. But presents itself as being a U.S. company registered in Delaware with offices in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Smartmatic machines used in Venezuela are widely suspected of, though never proven conclusively to be, susceptible o fraud.

Sequoia is a subsidiary of Smartmatic.

Most of the manufacturing for electoral machinery is done in China. R & D is located in Caracas.

Regarding the August, 2004 referendum in Venezuela:
