It doesn't make sense without signatures.But it has to be required going into an election or none of them could have a signature. So the system could be just messed up. IP: Logged |

The Consent Degree with Abrams that was agreed to by the Secretary of State was illegal. By federal law, only the legislature can make changes to state election law. Lin Wood is appealing to the 11th Circuit to review those mail-in ballots, and they will likely be thrown out, resulting in Georgia's electoral votes to go to President Trump and keeping Georgia a red state. This case was rejected. That is not uncommon in lower courts.IP: Logged |

Lin Wood's Motion for Temporary Injunction to stop certification was denied and is now on appeal to the 11th Circuit.The Judge's ruling was not on Wood's main case, which is about the Secretary of State's illegal rule changes prior to the election. The case is intact. Wood says this may go to the Supreme Court. If so, the 11th Circuit is assigned to Justice Thomas. And, something on Georgia will drop on Monday or Tuesday. IP: Logged |

Georgia is going to have to hold a new down ballot vote. Then electors will choose President Trump to give their votes to. There is a preservation order to preserve evidence, because they have been caught trying to shred ballots in Cobb County Georgia (Marietta) at the Cobb County Elections Office with a Shred It truck.
